Wayne had to disassemble the frame and wrap every part of the frame in padding before reupholstering in a beautiful ultra-suede. He then edged it with beautiful french stitching and attached buttons up the back for an entirely different look. Several months later I went back to them after I contacted four different custom furniture makers about building a custom platform bed. None were able to come up with a design that worked. Within only one short meeting Wayne and Lori understood exactly what I was looking for and in 6 weeks I had a platform bed that was not only beautiful but with a base that provides the support for one of the most comfortable sleeps I have ever had. In addition to their unparalleled design skill and expertise, they are incredibly nice and easy to work with. And talk about honest....realizing she had mistakenly applied the higher 2023 sales tax when she invoiced me in early January Lori sent me a check for the difference versus the lower 2024 sales tax!
