Beto came and measured and it took about 60 days for him to cut and pleat the drapes. End result was horrible. - He cut the fabric all wrong. - Came with the wrong hardware to hang the drapes and then blamed our supply chain crisis for his mistake. - He took the drapes back and said he fix would but never did. - The owner Beto does not speak English and he is difficult to deal with and has a terrible attitude. - Would not give us our drapes back until we coughed up more money. Wayne had to disassemble the frame and wrap every part of the frame in padding before reupholstering in a beautiful ultra-suede. He then edged it with beautiful french stitching and attached buttons up the back for an entirely different look. Several months later I went back to them after I contacted four different custom furniture makers about building a custom platform bed. None were able to come up with a design that worked. Within only one short meeting Wayne and Lori understood exactly what I was looking for and in 6 weeks I had a platform bed that was not only beautiful but with a base that provides the support for one of the most comfortable sleeps I have ever had. In addition to their unparalleled design skill and expertise, they are incredibly nice and easy to work with. My whole world is turned upside down. :'(. It's been so hard on me. I hope she'll get back to normal soon it's been hard on her too. The Arlington is beautiful hugs and everyone treats you like family and friends . The nurses are very accommodating. They go above and beyond to help my mommy. The social worker Emily went out of her way to be so accommodating. The therapy department is top notch.

My bathroom was acting up so a maintenance man was called out to fix the toilet. He did fix it the first time we went out to stay on the patio and talked with someone then we were reading. Came back to water on the floor called again got the same maintenance man he was puzzled as to why it was this way. Then he had taken pictures of the toilet why I don't know I WAS WITH MY DAUGHTER AT ALL TIMES. We went out again to try to get me walking then we had tea with a friend that came to visit me and I had asked my daughter to run a head of me to get a check for me so I can pay a friend back. I had caught up to her.she got the check and turned to ask me if she could brush her teeth before giving it to me. I then said yes,if I knew what would've happened to her I would've said no obviously the maintenance man he didn't know what to say about it he had blamed my daughter ,he whipped his phone out to show a picture of a TOILET FOR GODS SAKE SHE DID NOTHING WRONG.
