Yet, I have been in twice to get my dress and they say it's "not back yet." They don't honor the dates they put on your claim ticket and then they use excuses like "she was in the hospital." They are aloof and all employees are Hispanic. I don't know that anything is done on site. I never saw anyone in the back area working or cleaning. Why would a dry cleaning business stink like that. After I couldn't get my dress on time, I told them to cancel another alterations order I had dropped off and they said "oh they will be here on Monday." Yet, it took them 3 weeks to do simple alterations on a dress. There is something wrong with this entire picture. Customers BEWARE!!!! I wouldn't take a dirty diaper here!
