Our appointment started at 1pm, and it was for both me and my matron of honor who is also getting married. We immediately started pulling dresses, and were able to put them into our fitting rooms. I started with my favorite dress, and that was a mistake because I didn't want to take it off! The bridal consultants made sure to take things out and bring things in that they thought we would like. And the dresses that the bridal consultants put me in were some of my favorite dresses. The best thing about this place is that she can customize literally any dress and make it perfect. My matron of honor found the dress of her dreams! I did not find the dress, however, that is not the reason I had to take off one star. After looking back, I realized that there were very limited options. They did not have the options I wanted for a traditional dress, and the quality of the dresses were nothing over the top -- similar to a Davids Bridal quality. They had one dress that I loved the entire time. Luckily, she is able to customize the dress, however, it was very difficult for me to visualize what it will look like. Overall, a really good experience if you are looking for a very individualized consultation -- we were the only brides there the entire day! However, you need a very good vision of what you want before going there, and make sure you can visualize it.

Even with the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays, Betty created, with her expertise and imagination, a labor of love that will be passed down in our family for generations to come! On 01/14/24, Jacqueline was baptized in her one-of-a kind exquisite gown, (that even included parts of my veil!) Betty was able to work within my budget, for which I am eternally greatful! Her knowledge base is very strong with several decades of experience and knowledge. The breadth of knowledge that she shared with me is so very impressive. I can tell that she is a very talented and unique woman with incredible skills and character. I did have the fortune to witness her do alterations on the spot while I was there, and she was quick, concise and just made a dress go from plain Jane to elegant in a matter of seconds. She has a team that she trains and who share her values. Getting to meet her from a perspective of information sharing, I am assure you that you won't be disappointed with her work or that of her business. I booked a private dress trial early morning and do not regret it at all it was fantastic. I loved working with this employee. However in May 2025 this amazing experience was followed by an awful experience of going to see my gown for the first time since ordering it and finding out they had lost my gown. Not only did they lose track of my gown, they didn't even notice and stuck me in a room with the wrong gown. No one checked to make sure the gown they were showing me was actually mine. No one checked the tag or the order form. My dress was completely different than the one they showed me in a dressing room. When I of course had a major anxiety issue about it, the staff were extremely rude. The one working with me was new and went to get another staff member to help tell me the bad news. While the second employee didn't tell me her name, she had red hair. She told me "stop being anxious, this stuff happens all the time" EXCUSE ME? I just paid over $3k for a dress that you have no idea where it is at. They lacked ANY accountability and didn't even apologize. She genuinely rolled her eyes at me when I got teary eyed. She shrugged her shoulders like it was no big deal that my wedding gown was missing. They couldn't tell me where my dress was for a week or so and I had to continually call to even make sure they were y of it. They tracked it down in California, claiming the labels got switched.. Be very cautious about this place.

My bridesmaids ordered their dresses in March for our August 11 wedding. It is now 17 days before…read morethe wedding and they refuse to answer their phone or answer any of us back on where the dresses are. We got another bridal shop to contact the manufacturer and they confirmed that Bling Bridal did not pay for our dresses so that they cannot ship them to us. They are very unprofessional and will not answer our messages or respond back to multiple other brides and bridesmaids that are facing the same issues. We want a refund!!!!!!!

I usually wear a size 8.I understand bridal runs small but not this small. When I went to pick up the dress, it was HUGE! My mom, sister, and myself expressed these concerns with the owners of the shop. They assured us that the alterations would be no big deal. After we left, I still had my doubts. I sent them an email to express my concerns once again. I was then told that they couldn't send the dress back and get a smaller size. Fast forward...I start having the alterations done on the dress. Needless to say, it is no longer the same dress because of the extensive amount of alterations that it needed. I am no longer able to use the dress. Less than 2 weeks before my wedding I had to go find a new dress. Truly a nightmare for a bride. I contacted the shop and gave them every opportunity to fix the situation. They were nothing but rude to my sister and I. They took no responsibility for their mistake! I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

We were making headway when a more senior employee came over and was a bit loud and assertive asking questions that had long been answered at the beginning of the appointment. This has been far and away the worst experience in getting tuxedos for a wedding I've ever had in…read moremy life. They were mismeasured, misordered, mismeasured again and in the end I'm wearing tuxedo pants that are two inches too short to my daughters wedding. Instead of fixing the mistakes the staff kept insisting they would look good by pulling down on them over and over. I eventually had to tell them I knew how pants work. But in the end they were to incompetent to fix their mistakes. When my wife called into the owners boyfriend he yelled at her and said we'd been pains in his ass and he didn't want any more business from us. This because we wanted tuxedos for the wedding party that fit properly and were delivered on time. He had no problem charging a higher rate than anyone in the area. You are in for headaches and heartaches if you choose this shop for your special day. The owners and staff are rude and their product is inferior to any other tuxedo I've worn in my lifetime. You've been warned of the experience if you go here. It will ruin your event.
