Warning: Serious Risks for Families with Special Needs Children I urge caution before allowing Your Healing Touch into your home, especially for families with autistic or vulnerable children. My 12-year-old son with Level 3 autism suffered severe trauma due to the actions of their nurse Jacquline Lynch. During a visit, the nurse promised to help but instead called an ambulance without proper assessment, leading to my son being restrained and sedated in the ER. The ER staff, unprepared for his autism needs, sent him home, but the trauma caused him to regress from verbal to nonverbal, communicating via sign language that he's too scared to talk for fear of returning to the hospital. This has been devastating for our family. Adding to the distress, I received conflicting information from the agency. On September 15, 2025, a part-owner told me my son was discharged, yet on September 22, 2025, co-owner Doug Rowe claimed he was not discharged and defended the nurse's actions, citing her safety after being hit. No accountability was taken for my son's trauma or the agency's failure to coordinate with his medical team. This lack of communication, training, and care for special needs children is unacceptable. I am filing formal complaints with the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA), Indiana Department of Health (IDOH), Long-Term Care Ombudsman, and Medicare's CMS hotline to ensure this doesn't happen to others.
