I called Freddy on a weekday and received a call back the same day to briefly go over my needs for cleaning- I had a 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath rental that I had just moved into. We arranged for a time the next day for Freddy to drop by for a few minutes to see the place so that he could give me a reasonable price for cleaning. He called me back after the visit with a quote, giving me an estimate of hours it would take (3 in my case) and price for the first cleaning and then price if i wanted to schedule any subsequent cleanings. I had called a few other places in the area and Freddy's quote was extremely reasonable comparatively. He explained first visit takes a little more time to clean and subsequent visits less time. The day of cleaning Elia & Freddy arrived on time for cleaning with all their gear. They brought shoes to change into that were specifically for indoors when they clean and wore masks the entire time. They mopped, vacuumed, wiped surfaces and window sills, cleaned mirrors, dusted blinds, scrubbed bathroom down and kitchen surfaces, and probably some more I am forgetting. The kitchen stovetop was in pretty rough shape to begin with and looked almost unrecognizably clean afterwards. After each room was cleaned, they asked me to look and see if I was satisfied with the cleanliness. I was very happy with the job they did. The job ended up taking 4 hours, so a little more time than expected, but a testament to how they value finishing the job and their integrity. Although it took more time than estimated, the price didn't increase. They are very friendly people as well. If you see their website, don't be deterred by the typos on there as I believe English may not be their first language. But you will not have any trouble communicating. Highly recommend!

Occasionally they have to send a different person to clean, but I've always been notified if that's the case. They're also great with my dog who is home during the cleanings. When you sign up with them, Bea will come to your house and assign it a price/time slot, and that is the price you pay no matter how long it takes to actually do the job. Overall we're very happy!
