Two show up late, and the third arrives nearly 2 hours later. One of the cleaners who showed up on time spent a good amount of time on her cell phone. The owner waived one of the hours worked but there were many areas missed. This was a scheduled "move in deep clean", I was thoroughly disappointed for $325. She offered to come back to look at the missed areas but then stood me up, claiming to have texted the wrong number and never attempted to reschedule. Very disappointed in the service and follow-up. Would not recommend.

When she "mopped" our kitchen she only hit about 20% of the floor & then it smelled like urine (I can't imagine where that mop has been ).
