I don't have a problem with this place normally they take a little long on reaching back out to customers and regripping clubs but that's no big deal. Today I drove 25 minutes over there at 1:45pm, it's the middle of the day and their open sign was brightly lit, but the doors were locked and not a person in sight. I cracked several ribs, cut my arm open, and hit my head. Also banged my knee bad. Also had a concussion. Nice. A younger female employee came out to help me. She seemed like the only employee to give a crap. I don't know her name but she was young and very sweet. She took the time to get a first aid kit and help clean my bloody arm up. She got her manager and reported my fall to him. I was also told she had seen at least 4-5 other people fall due to the ramp coming in and has been reporting it to her management. I was also told they had someone come out to fix the ramp but the actual problem was not fixed. Someone needs to promote her to manager because she was the only one who gave a damn. It's been several days since I fell and I'm still laid up. The manger should have called out paramedics, and should have put out some kind of warning out to prevent others from falling. I mean it you need to really watch out at the entrance. I can't believe they haven't been sued over it yet.
