Dr. Stephen Stache is arrogant, aggressive and argumentative man. My mom asked him 3 times to look at her hip and he dismissed her saying "Don't bother I have the X-Ray right here it is Gluteal Tendinitis." He gave her a pill for pain and recommended physical therapy 3 times a week for 4 weeks and should go away in a year. It was SARCOMA CANCER GROWING ON HER HIP!! If he just looked at her leg and sent us to the right doctors maybe she would still be here. My beautiful mother passed January 8, 2026 at 9:56pm. She was so beautiful, successful, smart and had many talents I'm so heartbroken. Please stay away from this doctor he doesn't know what he's doing please get a second opinion. My mother would complain about hip pain and I would just say Dr. Stache said it's Gluteal Tendinitis and should go away in a year. It was SARCOMA CANCER GROWING AND IT SPREAD TO HER LUNG! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! I lost my best best friend because of a misdiagnosis!

Nothing but great things to say about the team here and the work they do. Friendly front office,…read moreeasy checkin process, and plenty of parking. Lots of great people, all working to help you get back you. No judging -- just helpful, incremental progress to help instill a self-help mindset to accomplish your goals. The team here really goes above and beyond and always has each other's backs. I've been to other PT spots but this feels like a combined team effort, and with much brighter and sports-oriented facility. That said, it's a complete mix of demographics and ages of patients. So regardless of whether you're an 18 year old trying to get back in the game, or an 80 year old that just needs to regain their balance, this is a great place for you.

Between the two of them, I was able to regain full use of my arm & shoulder. Before I began PT, I was barely able to drive, shower, do household chores, cook, or sleep without extreme pain. I am now able to do all of the above with ease and full range of motion. Erin and Nick are professional, pleasant to be around, and really know what they're doing. They are truly dedicated to helping people. My first day there, Erin developed an effective home exercise plan for me, which I will continue doing now that formal PT has ended. I would highly recommend BMSR to anyone who is in need of PT. In general, the facility is large, clean, cheerfully decorated and filled with state-of-the-art equipment. Their music selection is upbeat and inspires you to get moving. I had no issues with billing, scheduling etc. Staff at the desk were extremely helpful and nice. Five stars out of five!

Got here early just in case any hiccups. Checked in the front desk gave paperwork. I took the liberty of photocopying all my dads insurance cards on a piece of paper and attaching to the paperwork. The young lady behind the desk is saying what's this ., I said all his insurance cards cause I don't know which one you need. She says well the Aetna replaces the Medicare card. I'm not sure about that so she kind of went back and forth with me about it. Like whatever just appreciate the fact you have all his info and don't have to get up off your tail and make copies. Waited about 20 mins to be called back where we met Dr. Bobadilla who was very nice, caring , suggestive of my dads feet. After looking at my dads toe nails I felt they could have been cut better, filed evenly or something. I wasn't sure if he was done or not. Dr Bob went thru them very quickly a little to fast for my liking, my dad was jumping all over. Maybe because he's used to doing this but I thought the overall final result could have been neater. I felt it was rushed, choppy , uneven. The tech did come afterwards to file them but again they weren't evenly cut. We will see how it goes on our next visit.

Long overdue review. Woke one day with excruciating pain on…read morelower right side. For 6 months EVERY step I took I got a machete like pain in my back followed by a sharp stab to the hip and halfway down the back of my leg. All 3 at once, every step I took for 6 months. In these 6 months I tried a variety of things to relieve my pain including megadoses of ibuprofen, M.D. suggested stretching exercises, visits to another good chiropractor, 3 epidural injections and a Prescribed pain pill. My right hip lost it's proper function after being assaulted all day by the nerve pain. That caused additional issues because I had to learn to use the hip differently. So I started walking incorrectly. This was becoming permanent but I still wanted to try the conservative approach because I thought someone would eventually tell me surgery was the only option. A last resort was seeking recommendations from a couple of mainline Facebook groups for a new chiropractor. I checked Yelp. Dr. Tancredi's name kept coming up. I messaged with a few asking for reasons they were recommending him. Satisfied with what I heard I called his office. His receptionist( at the time a year ago) answered all my questions. He was kind, caring and his adjustments coupled with muscle manipulations had me finally walking upright after 6 months of walking like someone 30 years older. I found His ethics beyond reproach. He told me we'd try 30 days and evaluate progress because if he didn't feel like he could help me, he wouldn't waste my time or money. I felt good enough between visits to continue a few months. He got me good enough to be able to do daily chores and family things. My posture improved. Ultimately, I decided surgery would be the best option for me and he supported me every step of the way. From getting all the info to the surgeon in a timely fashion, to educating me on the surgeon's strengths which led me to do my own research, Dr Tancredi was fantastic. His intervention enabled me to get into the surgeons schedule very quickly. My surgery was successful. My recovery was great. I feel none of this would have happened as quickly and seamlessly had Dr Tancredi not been my chiropractor. There aren't enough superlatives for him. He is down to earth, approachable and cares about his patients. He is the BEST!!! And so is his staff.
