After an awful experience at Phoenixville Hospital that left us with more questions than answers…read more(and much more pain than he had in their ER), my boyfriend desperately needed a second opinion, so we searched for a new urologist. Dr. Bollinger seemed like a good fit, but the negative reviews here had him having doubts. I encouraged him to book the appointment and so he did. True, the office is very old school and rather unkempt, and yes, there was a typical amount of time spent waiting (nothing excessive), but the doctor himself was great. He was not at all impersonable, dismissive, or rude. He was informative, he listened, he was able to make and take little jokes, and we had our next appointment scheduled for him to perform a procedure at Paoli Hospital two days later. When that day came, he was already waiting for us, and he was prepared to have an actual discussion about all of the little things my boyfriend experienced in the meantime. It was a huge relief to see that he wasn't simply writing off our concerns or ignoring our questions. We felt a lot more secure that this time around, this doctor and this hospital would actually take care of him. Yes, there was a time delay.. perhaps half an hour extra that we had to wait before "go time", but we knew it was because he was giving the same attention and care to the patient who was scheduled ahead of us. No problem. The anesthesia nurse (like every other staff member we interacted with that morning) was above and beyond being professional, friendly, and comforting. She took my boyfriend to the OR and I went to wait. It wasn't long at all before Dr. Bollinger found me in the waiting room and said that my guy was clear and that everything went smoothly. He sat and talked to me about what I thought we might need, told me the next steps, told me about follow-up care and appointments, and then when I was satisfied, he left to get to his next patient. At Phoenixville a week earlier, Dr. Oskanian had disappeared before I was permitted to return to my boyfriend; that procedure was a failure, the nurse's account of the facts did not match the OR report, I never had an opportunity to talk to him or have my concerns addressed, and he dismissed my guy's pains (caused by bad handling) as being in his head. Dr. B was worlds better, and entirely thorough. My guy got through his recovery well and finally had his positive outlook back. He smiled for the first time in two weeks. Yeah, recovery comes with its own pains and challenges, but his miserable ordeal is finally over. Dr. Bollinger is a good dude. Don't dismiss him based on the appearance of his receptionst's office or the doomsayers who have given him bad reviews here.

I called today - just a half an hour ago or so - to cancel my appointment for tomorrow April 1st,…read more2026, at 4:30pm, as I felt that my symptoms had subsided. There is documentation of this appointment in the two pictures below. The woman I spoke with on the phone informed me that there was apparently "no appointment scheduled" and I was "not in their system." This was a very disorganized move to say the least, particularly when I have actual documentation that I scheduled an appointment with him. Hopefully, my posts - between what I am posting here AND my previous post - are demonstrating precisely what corruption is present within the Medical Industry. Dr. Bollinger - in terms of what he knows about the urinary system and the efforts he was able to invest into fixing my kidney nearly 12 years ago - is certainly an expert, but it is concerning that he and his staff are not organized and professional - particularly when they have the power to control the fate of people's physical health. Millions of people across the globe have stepped forward to vocally oppose my work as a radical feminist theorist and psychological scientist, yet I can STILL remain organized and highly professional in my endeavors. Consider that millions have decided to step forward to stop me and my political agenda in the first place because they perceive me as the single most profoundly intellectual threat to the cultural fabric of society; such adversaries of mine, who are highly manipulative, conniving, and brilliant - which makes them astoundingly dangerous to the well-beings of anyone who does not agree with their political ideology - have devoted their lives to stopping my societal growth in both the educational and career domains, as they believe that they are each political revolutionaries who stand for the civil rights of the American people. Such supposed "political revolutionaries" are currently in the process of overthrowing the current state of medicine by controlling whether anyone who disagrees with their political ideology has access to professional medical care (which I will refer to here as "healthcare"). The goals of such revolutionaries is to withhold healthcare from anyone who expresses support of my political ideology as a radical feminist theorist (i.e. expressing support for the expungement of traditional gender roles). Such political activities by so-called "revolutionaries" should be of society-wide concern and SHOULD be stopped; such activities should be of TOP PRIORITY for ANY medical professionals out there to prioritize the rights of patients, regardless of political ideology. With all this chaos being described, this is just another reason for why being organized and professional when working as a medical professional should be upheld. Someone's life could be put at-risk if those who interact with Dr. Bollinger and his staff are not treated with respect and dignity. The physical health of each American matters, regardless of which political ideology he or she best aligns with.

I recently went to the ER at Paoli Hospital. I have never had a better experience at a hospital…read more From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly by the desk attendant and she helped me check in quickly and her demeanor was so calm and friendly. Then I was handed off to the triage nurse Joe. He was super friendly, we were laughing and chatting the whole time and he made me feel very at ease. My nurse Courtney was the same. There was another patient there that was very unwell mentally and was screaming at the nurses and doctors over and over and every one of them remained impressively calm and composed. I was treated very quickly and aside from a long wait for some results, which is to be expected, it was a seriously great experience.
