I've used this service for several months and for weeks the quality has dropped immensely. Half the time they don't even rinse out the bathtub when it had clearly been used. I called and let the company know that the quality had gone downhill. They offered to work with me and sent a different girl, she did about the same quality though. The next cleaning my floors were not even swept, my bath tub is scratched, and when the girl took the trash out it leaked all over my garage creating a another mess. When I asked to have it remedied they offered to have the same girl come back to do the floors again or a $25 credit. Only texted never picked up the phone. Their quality is far from OCD. read more

Good deal. They came on time which was a first for any cleaning service I called. I had them clean both my bathrooms and kitchen and they left it spotless. They were very nice and very quiet, not chatty like the last ones I got. Didnt take them long at all and they made sure they put everything away, cleaning supplies I mean, and were on their way. Kat, the owner is very nice. My schedule is extremely busy with work and school, so I needed some help with some much neglected areas in my house. I had a relative pay for the services out of the kindness of her heart. Kat's employee did an average job. There were many areas that were not cleaned as was said they would be and she was a little slow. I may not be the cleanest person, but I know there are a lot of other houses that are in much worse condition. Floors were not mopped and a room was not cleaned. I asked them to return and I would pay for the additional time and was told later the same day that they were "booked indefinitely". I am offended. I know there was dust in places that are rarely reached, but it is most likely not uncommon. I was also told that the business received a large commercial contract and they could no longer service smaller jobs. If they are still advertising, and I had a friend call to get a quote and they were more than willing, then why was I told they could not come back. My relative paid good $ for their services. As a single bachelor, I always felt I was a pretty clean person. I needed to have my place given a good cleaning for a dinner party I was having and I just did not have the time to do it myself.
