Issues started to come up, like they're leaving wet rags on wood floors, wiping artwork with museum glass with wet towels, moving personal items like mail. Mind you I am the client, and I'm in my own home. This was bothersome. Further issues like charging us for last-minute cancellation, then raising the prices significantly once we got a dog claiming that there is dog hair everywhere in the house, which is untrue. Finally The last straw was unfortunately a worker got sick and they had to cancel our appointment the same day. They had no intention of getting us a cleaning before two more weeks past. All in all the company is concerned about themselves more than the clients it seems to us. We cancelled our service today.
