My biggest fear was if mold was behind the tile - he was confident it wasn't. But of course I asked if it was and he did give me a price like I asked so I would be prepared. Jose responded to my Request a Quote within the hour and had availability the next day to come and take care of it. Our house is over 100 years old so we ran into a few snafus, like an uneven floor, bracketing issues attaching the dishwasher to the counter, and hose fittings but he handled it all smoothly, checking with me before making any decisions we might not have been comfortable with (e.g., screws in our counter interfered with bracketing the dishwasher exactly in the center of the space we had wanted so we had to shift a little to the left). He also reused some materials I had left over from a DIY project I had done to level the washer, saving us some money on additional materials. We also ran the dishwasher before he left and identified one of the hoses was a little too loose, causing a slight drip, so he made sure everything was tight and secure before wrapping the job. The dishwasher has been running great! The price was really reasonable and Jose was very kind and accommodating. I would definitely feel very comfortable calling him again for future jobs!

What a horrible experience I've had with this company so far. I knew they were one of the most…read moreexpensive options, and I was willing to pay a premium for quality service, but instead, I ended up with a higher price and lower‑level service. From the very beginning, things went wrong. They didn't get one of the room sizes correct, it was literally the size of a closet -- and then tried to blame the blueprints, even though their own measurements were wrong. Despite that, they still charged me to fix their mistake. Then, after agreeing to a $107,000 price to finish my basement (yes, they are that expensive), they had the audacity to bill me separately for the permits. Imagine agreeing to a six‑figure renovation and then being told the permits aren't included. They claimed it was "in the fine print," even though the fine print only says the home owner is responsible for the permits, however it doesn't say that the cost is separate from the total. To make matters worse, they still haven't picked up their trash (pictures below have been in my basement for the last month and a half). It's been sitting in my basement and garage, and the project has been at a standstill for four weeks with zero communication or progress. Stay far away from this company. They are extremely overpriced and provide terrible customer service.

Filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well in hopes others do not get taken advantage of like I did.
