We had a complete Spring Break trip booked to CO however, they were expecting a storm which would prevent us from getting to our lodge. We had to cancel our trip and I was in a panic. I found Sheryl by searching best travel agents in Tampa and decided to give her a try. I have to admit, I didn't expect much, as I had never had a travel agent do much more for us than we could do ourselves. Boy, was I wrong! To my surprise, Sheryl actually answered the phone and went to work for us right away. She started firing off options and we had a trip booked to Jackson Hole in no time. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention a couple of things that could have been better -- (1) Beware of the fees in the fine print that aren't included in your package price -- there was a mandatory hotel-imposed fee of $216.96 per room charged upon check in that we were unaware of until after booking the 2 rooms however, I could see where that would be missed given we were trying to get something booked in time for Spring Break travel; (2) in addition to the one time charge per room, we were placed at the end of the hallway in 2 super tiny hotel rooms. Sheryl was up front that she'd never been to this property and she did offer to try to get our rooms switched. We decided to forgo since we knew the lodge was completely booked and we'd already unpacked 6 days worth of things and gear. I still give Sheryl five stars because she deserves it! She has such a wonderful personality, she answers her phone (who does that anymore?), she is easy to do business with, and I know the more we work together, she'll learn our style and we'll create many more memories with her expert assistance. In fact, we plan to get a few other trips on the books soon. Don't hesitate to call Sheryl! She's well traveled and so incredibly helpful! read more

Our family (adults) are BIG travelers and personally have always enjoyed researching and planning the itinerary for trips, be they domestic or international. Sheryl did a fabulous job planning our Italy "bucket list" trip. We began our trip in Venice and she booked us a beautiful place right in the center of town. We had a balcony and breakfast each morning at the quaint little place overlooking the city. We were so close to everything! Then we took the train to Florence and stayed at a beautiful hotel on the Arno River. Again we were close to everything and were able to walk to all the amazing sights. After our stay we took a train to Cinque Terre, wow what a place. Our hotel there also had a balcony and was in the "Old City" of Monterosso. I loved this area so much, I didn't want to leave. We hiked to another village along the coast and then incredible local lunch. After our stay in Cinque Terre, we took the train to Rome for our last stay. This hotel was in a beautiful monastery. We saw the most amazing sights and had more incredible meals in Trastevere area of Rome. Sheryl not only booked our flights, hotels, and tours but also our train tickets and transfers. A consummate professional who selflessly shares her decades-long experience to benefit her existing and would-be customers. We became family and not a transaction. This was my first time leading an international mission trip. Therefore, my ignorance and my natural over-analytical mindset should've driven Sheryl nuts! Sheryl booked a trip for us to Peru and it was beyond amazing! I'm the type of person who likes to see and do a lot while on a trip and Sheryl had us all over the country of Peru with fantastic tours and activities planned the entire way. Sheryl has planned and helped us with three vacations so far. The first, to Thailand, had to be cancelled due to Covid. She quickly put together a trip to Italy for us, which also had to be postponed. We can't wait to be able to take both those trips. Most recently, she helped us with a trip to Morocco.
