After calling them, they had leanna come in about 30 minutes to pick me up. They had a flat rate of $35 to the airport, but charged me $45 from Madeira beach since it was a little further than Tampa I think. The dispatcher informed me that the cab had come and I wasn't there, and I said, "If that was true, the cab was invisible." I asked a second time for a pickup. At 5:45 I called a third time for the cab that never came, and was informed that "I" had canceled the pickup. I did not. I complained about the absence of service on Google, and Discount Taxi replied that I am mentally ill. I stood in front of my house for more than an hour for nothing but abuse! The next morning, I called Independent Taxi. They arrived 12 minutes later. I am not mentally ill. I am angry and disgusted. Discount Taxi is worth exactly what I paid that afternoon: nothing.

When our flight was delayed after disembarking and we unexpectedly needed to stay at a hotel, he went above and beyond. He offered to pick us up and take us to the airport free of charge just to make sure the kids got there safely. That kind of kindness and care is so rare these days.
