Julio responded and came out for an estimate within days. He was priced well; not the cheapest and not the most expensive, and his team's workmanship is outstanding. We looked on their FB page to see examples and its true to what they do. His team arrived promptly everyday for 1 week and completed the remodel to better than we expected - see pics.
