Home Depot had one we wanted in the store, and we didn't want to wait for them to bring it out and install it on Saturday. We called him, and he was available - he thought he would be able to come out that afternoon, but when he saw he would be delayed, he phoned and promised to come by at 9 a.m. the following morning. The doorbell rang at 9 on the dot. He and his son came in, took out the old microwave and installed the new one in record time.
