I love SoftMoc. It has women's size 11 shoes…read more I saw this store at Quinte Mall and walked in. I loved looking at my main staples: Birkenstocks, Vans, and Converse. They had a nice selection. A woman at the store asked if she could help me out. I knew that the store having a certain pair of Birkenstocks in a women's size 11 (European 42) would be unlikely, but I asked. The woman said that she would check, which was nice. Even if the store does not have your shoe size, you have a better shot at locating your size online and ordering that way. You can specify having your order delivered to your nearest SoftMoc, which is what I typically do. I waited probably a good ten minutes, while still browsing, to find out whether the sandals were in my size. The original woman had handed this task over to another one. She was nice to let me know that the largest size was a 37. The last time I wore a European 37 occurred when I was in grade 4! I did enjoy looking at the Doc Martens purple boots and sandals. They are so much lighter than they used to be. I may go ahead and pick up the boots someday. It'll be great going into a meeting at work and looking like I mean business... haha! (343)

They say they are covered under 90 day warranty, but are out of my size/colour. I tell them I don't care what colour, nope, have to be the same. I ask if they will call when a shipment comes in/order a pair for me, nope, you have to call us. Email the company, you have to find your own in stock somewhere. Great! I've never owned slippers that were more than 10$ before, wanted to get a nice pair for a change(80$), and THESE AREN'T THEM. Won't be back

I walked in at first I didn't think anyone was working because I saw no one.. and then I went into the store. She said nothing to me and hardly even looked at me. I went and looked at some shirts and wanted to try them on and then I was unable to find her again. At this point I'm the only person even in the store. I found her over the counter bend over it just looking into space. I figured if she couldn't at least look at me or talk to me or make me feel welcome I could do spend my hard earned money else where. When you expect people to spend 30+ dollars on a shirt you can at the very least make them feel welcome in this store. Beyond disappointed.
