I have also had an abdominal ultrasound done. All of the techs are very nice. They do their jobs well and are very caring. I appreciate the fact that most of the CT staff are trained to access power ports for the IV contrast. I only wish the MRI staff were, as well. Last time, it took 3 people, and 5 tries, to get my IV going.

Someone on the staff will cheerily offer assistance to guide you as to who can help you quickly. There wasn't a wait for service and once you check in at front desk you will be guided to seating area. I didn't have to wait but approx 5mins before someone on the medical staff came out to escort me inside the clinical area. So nice not to have to wait for ages to be seen. My appt was 4pm which seemed like a good time to pick if you want a stress free 1st experience. As I was waiting a few people came in wondering where audiology was. Just so you know...it's upstairs.

The office was very helpful in getting this test done as soon as possible due to the circumstances. My wife was very worried and did not want to spend weeks waiting to have this imaging test done. The office is conveniently located within Winston and very centralized. The staff was very friendly and provided her with quality care as well as being very respectful and caring during every step of the process. We were very happy with the services here and highly recommend them. I did not take pictures of the inside out of respect for other patients.

I've been here twice now, and each visit was pretty much what I expected. Check-in can take a few…read moreminutes (sometimes there's a bit of a wait), but I've always been seen within about 10 minutes, so it moves along well. The front desk staff is generally fine. They're not overly friendly, but I get it--they see a lot of people every day. The nurses, on the other hand, have always been kind and attentive, which I appreciate. I haven't met or spoken with any of the doctors here, but they're quick to send my results to my doctor, which is a big plus. Overall, it's a busy place, but I'm happy that each time I can get in and out fairly quickly.

I didn't get the MRI tech's name but she was sure to answer any questions my daughter and I had, ensured that the radiologist had an understanding of her health concerns and did everything she could to make my daughter comfortable. I was able to go back to stay with my daughter while she filled out the screening forms but once she was ready for the exam, I was given the option to remain in the hallway in dressing area or return to lobby. They have music they can play (any genre) while having an MRI, so be sure to ask about it! Within three hours of leaving, my daughter had her results in her MyChart! Impressive!
