She said my husband's name wrong during the ceremony and she failed to do the agreed upon ceremony script. She was rushing us during the rehearsal and was not prepared for the rehearsal. She was very inexpensive but we got what we paid for. I recommend paying a little more and getting someone who will be prepared to do a good job. I was so upset with our ceremony that I even have a tough time looking at the pictures that she is in!

We chose Wedgewood in January 2021 for our October 1, 2022, wedding with 100+ guests. Kayla was our amazing wedding coordinator and she made everything so simple for us. Every detail we asked for came with a "yes" answer. She had wonderful recommendations for us and she and the entire staff worked with all my ideas - no matter how "different" they were. In fact, we made a last-minute request for a late-night charcuterie board and the chef jumped in to make it happen - and it was spectacular! In fact all of the food was incredible! Our friends and family are all still talking about how it was the best food they'd ever had at an event or wedding. The planning phase was simple, organized, thorough, and extremely professional. I'm very much a "Type-A" person, and this one one of the few times in my life I was able to sit back and trust that others would get it right - would see my vision and run with it. Wedgewood was super accommodating to the vendors I chose to bring in for ceremony music (string quartet), florist, pastry chef/wedding cake and groom's cake, marquee letters, favors, balloons, and other extra touches. Day of - everything ran smoothly! Kayla and Mo were so kind, kept us updated and ready for the next part of the agenda...and kept us well-fed and hydrated! We only had one small hiccup during the reception (with availability of certain liquor we expected to have) - but Kayla went out of her way to make it right for us. I absolutely understand that things can happen, but it's how the team responds that makes the difference and the lasting impression. Kayla is exceptional! I highly recommend the Elite package (it's definitely worth it!), the "grand sparkler moment" at the reception grand entrance, the tortellini, the s'mores bar, a late-night snack, Wedgewood's preferred photographer - Tina Joiner, their preferred DJ - DJ Maestro, and their photo-booth option - Untamed Smiles. My favorite part of the process was Kayla's enthusiasm and excitement for our wedding. It made me feel so confident that I was making all the right choices...and that my ideas weren't too crazy (having a sketch artist for our guests, we "buried the bourbon" on the property a month in advance for good weather... and dug it up on our wedding day, etc.). She was all for it and I truly appreciated her excitement for our traditions and ideas. Wedgewood is the Gold Standard in wedding venues! Without any hesitation, Highly Recommend!

We found Jonathan after searching for over a month for the perfect officiant!…read more We went through almost every person listed in the area and they were either boring, overpriced or looked like a creeper (it was important to us NOT have creeper vibe at the wedding). We were at our wits end when we somehow came across Jonathan. Our first meeting was at Coffee Bean for a drink. My husband and I love traveling and he shared that same love by telling us tales of his travels to far away countries. Jonathan was super patient because during our interview we were probably interrupted 10 times by random strangers who wanted to say "Hi" to our newly adopted puppy This is when we decided our puppy would not be coming with us during any more meetings.... Jonathan had a template for us as an example so we just filled in the blanks. What I loved was the ceremony was sincere, not too long and not too short. He tailored his message to fit our theme. He was professional and paid attention to details. There are no unwanted surprises because he goes over the format with you before the wedding. He also attended our wedding rehearsal and did the prayer for our reception (My family has verbal diarrhea so I appreciated that!) Jonathan was everything we wanted in an officiant! We had found Jonathan while searching the internet for a local officiant and could not be happier. He communicated with us very well throughout the entire process and worked perfect for us. Her family being Catholic and my family being Christian, Jonathan worked with us in constructing a perfect mix of tradition and modern day beliefs. He even went as far as asking us what we wanted him to wear! I would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for an officiant. The main reason why we give Jonathan such high praise is because during the shuffle and commotion of the wedding we some how misplaced our marriage license and thought we would have to go through the entire process again. Jonathan went to the courthouse personally and handled the matter by himself and let us know when it was done. With wedding being so hectic, having someone you know you can rely on, is really one less thing you will have to worry about.
