The tour went well and the staff was friendly, my son looked quite excited to start here as they had openings for the toddler room at the time. However following the tour the director calls me and says she cannot accept my son due to lack of licensing for developmentally delayed children. Upon inquiring further the director then claimed she no longer had the staff to accommodate my son. After asking to be put on a wait list she then claims that in the past she "tried" accommodating developmentally delayed children and it "didn't work out". Seems like an ok daycare however they appear to discriminate against children with delays. The director also got irate with me and was extremely unprofessional when I brought this point up. I will be looking elsewhere for childcare and I will never allow any of my kids to go to this center.

I always know who is going to have my children. The facility is always clean and never smells dirty. They are constantly cleaning. I moved about a year ago and continue to go to this daycare. I drive about 25 minutes out of my way just to keep them there. I would recommend this daycare to anyone. The only reason I'm leaving now is because I am moving out of state. I consider these women apart of a family. They keep my kids safe and loved when I am working. I can't thank them enough.

Children are provided with a variety of nutritious meals and snacks, lesson plans are always fun and educational. The whole facility is very clean, well equipped and beautiful. My daughter has been going here for about a year and has made so many friends, learned so much, has improved her social skills, and absolutely adores her teachers. The teachers are all well trained, love all the students, and make each day so much fun. I can not recommend Playful Cubs Academy enough. It has been a blessing to our family.
