They withdrew over $800.00 in unauthorized wages and associated taxes from our business account. We were assured a reversal had been submitted, but the reversal never happened and the funds were not returned. Their only proposed resolution was to issue service credits instead of a refund, which did not fix the incorrect IRS and California EDD filings or the increased tax liability created for our former employee. Both we and the BBB have received no response from the company, leaving us no option but to report the matter to the IRS and EDD. Unreasonable billing practices and failure to refund client money are not acceptable from a payroll provider.
