I have never paid my rent late and I keep my property in good condition, but despite rent being allowed between the 1st and the 5th, I receive emails as early as the 2nd claiming I'm late and warning that a late fee will be added even when I've already paid. That's stressful, inaccurate, and unprofessional. It feels like they are more focused on collecting fees and raising rent than actually taking care of tenants. Overall, they come across as money-hungry and not tenant-focused. If you value responsive management and fair treatment, I'd think twice before renting with them.

He got right up in my face and tried to intimidate me with his considerable bulk. He stormed off without another word when I was not persuaded by his icy glare and inappropriate proximity. Guaranteed service in reasonable time frames which comes sometimes months down the road, even regarding windows and bug infestation. Grass on the property not cut for months at a time. Leaks in ceilings that drop through the ceiling not closed up for two months. Now, after three larcenies on our property with no "sorry" or "let us know if you need us to do anything" email, we have raccoons living in ur attic! Including defecating on belongings! Into the second week, no clean up has happened, not all raccoons have been caught, and the hole they're getting through still isn't closed up! All while we get to smell the sweet smell throughout our upstairs. Windows provide no insulation in summer or winter, so if you're ok with paying over 300 dollars to keep your place to a nice 62 degrees in the winter, rent from them. If you want your stuff and your well being to be ignored, rent from them. If you want to live in an area where there's major issues, rent from them. If you want broken things in your home to stay that way for weeks even months out of time, rent from them. If you want to hate the city as a whole (we're new to this place), rent from them.
