After they left on Day 2, I went back to the house to make sure everything was out, and it looked like they hadn't cleaned anything. There were crumbs on the counters and on the stove, the backsplash of the stove was greasy, no smell of bleach or cleaning supplies at all. We ended up having to pay a cleaning fee to the landlord because they had to bring in another cleaning crew after we moved out. I tried to call/text/email to get an explanation, but nobody responded to anything. They were very quick to respond when booking and before cleaning, but impossible to reach when there was an issue.
