The next question I heard from the person was " YOU NEVER MENTIONED THAT YOU HAVE A GROUPON VOUCHER. DO YOU THINK I AM DOING ONLY GROUPON BUSINESS HERE". I was shocked. I told him that the groupon voucher says that to show the voucher to the merchant and I did not know that I need to mention the voucher details over the phone. He said he is doing business for 17 years and this is how he works. I said you should tell the customers about your procedure. Its not fair that customer should know in and out of your business and book a service. Very arrogant. wont use again

I usually dread ringing up to arrange things like this, but with this company it was a completely smooth transaction. They came out to me during a day I was home, this was incredibly helpful since driving my car to a garage and later collecting it would have been a huge inconvenience for me. So all in all the service was great the price very reasonable and if I need any work like this doing again I will be calling up Car Cosmetics straight away, the best place I've found for bodywork in Leeds by far!

Ordered a new (2013) caravan in April with extras to be fitted, spent over £1,500 in shop on awning…read moreect, total spend over £20,000. Was given a collection date for next week, phoned today to check details so i could insure it before collection, was told it had not yet been delivered blaming Baileys main office/ bank holiday. Further phone calls ignored / unavailable to come to phone / day off. I phoned Baileys main office in Bristol to check if caravan was on way to Lowdhams, was told they had not even started building it yet. Managed to speak to some one at Lowdhams after many hours phoning, told them what they had said at Bristol, they then said i had got my dates mixed up,- that i was wrong about collection date ect. Oh no i have not ! oh no i am not ! Offered me an ex display caravan instead.. No sorry i ordered a new one, delivery date arranged. Bought awning ect to go with it, booked my holidays for week after delivery, sold my old van, changed my insurance.. all based on Lowdhams sales staff promises. They take your deposit, make false promises , and leave you to fume Trying to get my deposit back. will buy else where.

nice little shop, well stocked, even if parts arnt on the shelf can get pretty much anything you…read moreneed the same day/within 24 hours only slight downside is the parking, if you cant get in one of the parking bays outside you have to pay to park in the union st car park but has never put me off using this place! i will be in again soon for a service kit for our lass's first car!
