Bed was nice and room was clean. Just not a fan of using room keep to keep everything operated. I understand, but room was hot when entering. Should run before guest arrive so it's comfortable when arriving. But other than that, all was well here and will return when the Ballers return in town. I brought my own fan along because I knew it was going to be a hot day and well, I'm always hot. Half of the wedding party sat in the sun during the ceremony and most of the tables for dinner were also in the sun. Later in the week, it would've been 100° but we lucked out at only 89°. I had my wedding here a little over a year ago. I will say the venue itself is very nice BUT it was…read morenot well prepared for my wedding day. The home was dirty. There was trash hidden under a bed, old food in the fridge and freezer, crumbs all over the floor, no trash bags in bins, no hand drying towels, boogers on the shower curtain, AND a cockroach in one of the showers. Not to mention one of the smoke detectors batteries was going out which was highly annoying while getting ready. Don't waste your money on the "Barn Loot". The sweetheart tables were all broken with wobbly legs. Erica is also quite something. During our tour, I notified her we would have less than 100 guests to which she told me she could coordinate at no cost. Just a couple months before the wedding she decided to not keep her word and essentially told me that my husband and I were lying about her having said that. So wedding day I did not have a coordinator. My friend (who is familiar with the caretaking of cows and steer) notified me the cattle was very poorly cared for. If you're hoping for a wedding day that is problem free, do not choose this place.
