Reyna was very organized, with transparent options and pricing. She offers custom photostrip labels, a selection of photobooks, backgrounds and props, and welcome/ signing area to match your theme. We opted to design our own photostrip label, purchase our own photobook and supply pens and stamps and provide a few extra props so they fully matched our decor (at our own cost); they did a great job of making sure these were all used. One star less because the trailer has a low capacity limit (so no pictures of 6+ friend groups packed together) and we felt the 4' rental LOVE lighted signs were a bit expensive ($250 for 4 hours). It's clean and central to many locations in town. The chief complaints I have are these: 1. The walls of the hotel are paper-thin. You can hear *everything* going on outside your door and the rooms next to yours. 2. There are no TVs in any of the rooms. For #1, nothing to be done about it but go in forewarned. For #2, not knowing that was totally our fault. The TV situation is listed on their website. But TVs are such a standard item, who thinks to look for that note..? :P Now. The best part of our hotel stay was Ulina. She was the front desk rep when we got there. She was extremely friendly and very helpful in getting us settled in. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure our 2 night stay (that turned into a 1 night stay due to job issue) was stress free and comfortable. If you stay here in the future, ask for Unlina, you will not be disappointed. :)

He suggested the risotto cakes and they were fantastic, and could accommodate both vegetarians (by skipping the shrimp) and pescatarians. We loved his food and were excited to have him handle our wedding. Having attended many weddings and talked to many brides/grooms, we expected the food to be good on our wedding day but not as good as when we tasted considering he'd be cooking half in his kitchen and finishing at the venue and cooking for 150 people, not 4.
