Had some deals, but we were not at all impressed with the staff today at the front counter. While we waited in line, 3 employees were arguing with each other in full view of the customers, something about some coupon on an iPhone I could tell one girl was getting really upset. The whole time there was a small line of customers waiting to check out. Whatever - eventually the one girl walks away, clearly flustered. We proceed to check out. The girl wearing the cowboy hat asks us very fast "cash or card" like hurry the hell up. "Card" we reply. She then just angrily points at the counter for us to place our items to buy. She rings us up like a robot, clearly pissed at something. Then she takes the same iPhone from the argument earlier and shoves it in my wife's face. "Email!" she says. My wife asks why do you need my email? "You won't get a receipt without it" That's fine, we are 3K miles from home, we like what we bought and we certainly aren't returning it. Also we can read the 50 signs spread out throughout the store "ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS" and we are totally fine with that, no problem. Wife says, no thanks I don't want to put my email in you guys probably already have it anyways", her: "you won't get 10% off, 15% off, you get no receipt!" Really? Since when? That attitude and pure disdain displayed to us clearly shows she hates her job. I get it, people have rough days, but after witnessing how she treated her fellow employee in front of customers and the rudeness displayed to us, I felt the need to write this review. Not an asset or good ambassador for our beloved hometown Nike. Do better, Just do it. Terrible customer service.

There is a lot of merchandise in this store. They had some interesting stuff but again the sales are kinda whatever & I don't think it's worth it. I have been to better Nike outlet stores like in Saratoga, CA where it's more relaxing to shop. You also feel a lot safer with the crowd. I advise others to watch their purse & lock their cars.

A few years layer I got my glock 43x Mos over there and they were really nice, explained everything to me. Once in a while I go there to buy ammo and at Christmas time they do have Santa Claus for the kids, so you just need to pay for the pictures (if you want) nothing else. Really cool place!

It has such a strong local vibe and it is cool to see a mix of smaller vendors alongside some more well known food spots. That said there are a few things worth noting. First, seating can be a challenge. There is plenty of outdoor seating but not much indoors. The day we went it was pretty hot and sitting outside was not the most enjoyable experience at times. Second, I fully support spending money at local businesses but the tipping culture here felt a bit excessive. I bought a bag of coffee beans with no drink and was prompted for a tip. I spent $45 for 12 pieces of chocolates at Oban Chocolatier and was asked for a tip there too. Same thing when I spent about $25 on four cookies at Gideon's Bakehouse. I am happy to support but it started to feel like a lot in a not enjoyable way. Third, the hours between vendors can be a bit awkward. We came around brunch time which worked for some spots but others were not open yet. For example, Domu does not open until dinner (5PM) and Gyukatsu Rose was not opening until later in the afternoon (3 PM) Overall, I think this is a great place to check out especially if you enjoy trying a variety of local spots. Just plan ahead for seating and timing and be prepared for lots of tip prompts along the way.

It's a small market, but there are a good number of vendors offering food items, clothing, jewelry, plants, mushrooms, and art, among other things. I decided to buy two coloring books (for a neice) from two separate young and black artists. The parking is decent - there is a grassy lot as well as street parking, all free and first come, first serve. Next time, I may have to come ready to eat so I can sample food from the BBQ truck.

The Bao lacked enough filling for the filling to bun ratio, so I would not order again. The Egg Rolls were such a unique flavor and came with 4 which was a good sized portion. I had some difficulty with the online order so I ordered from the iPads at each stall. Satori sent a text when my order was ready and Yumfinity brought my order to my table. I think that the food was good, but a little pricey for lunch time. I would like to see more lunch time combos.

The bag policy permits only clear bags, except for diaper bags and bags for medical items. There is a maximum of 2 minors per paid adult allowed. All minors 17 and under have to be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian 21+. There were guided parking and ample parking spaces when we arrived. Check points were set up for bag checks, metal detectors and of course ticket collection. The staff members working the bag check and the exit gate were courteous and polite. The Fairgrounds was not crowded so it was easy to walk about and not bump into other people. There was law enforcement presence inside and outside the Fairgrounds.

The 4-H exhibits were also really nice to walk through and gave them a chance to see livestock and learn a bit about how much work goes into raising the animals. There were plenty of midway games that kept them entertained, and they had a blast trying to win prizes. One thing that really surprised me was the $20 per person helicopter rides over the fairgrounds. We almost did it and I kind of regret not taking the chance--hopefully they bring that back next year. Overall a really fun family outing with lots for younger kids to see and do.

They help me locate exactly what I'm looking for. My fiancé recently did a exchange here and they were very accomodating. He actually ended up buying some shoes and a extra shirt. They have really awesome merchandise and skating gear. For a more detailed personal experience I would highly suggest coming here for your skate needs or just a dope pair of sneakers. Often times you'll catch a line outside of people lining up to get a limited edition pair.

The staff of Dano, Dean and Julian are knowledgeable, professional and provide detailed assessments of your work order. As part of this year's Spring Tune-up, I went in knowing I had to have my brakes checked as well as possibly getting a new chain cassette as my gears were not working properly in the 3-5 shift range. After consultation with me, Dean also informed me that my rear tire had dry rot and should be replaced. I had him replace the tube also. He also noticed the handlebars headset was quite loose and needed attention. He had to order the part for that fix. In all, Retro installed the new cassette and chain, adjusted shifting, replaced the rear brake cable, housing, and pads, adjusted both brakes, cleaned the frame and replaced and adjusted the headset, all for around $200. When I came to pick up my bike, Dean stated that he noticed my handle grips were very sticky and worn. He said he put on some better take off grips Retro had in the store and did not charge me for them! Now, that is taking care of a loyal customer! I even got a $10 discount on the final billing based on the points I accumulated in the past year. The bike rides like new and the handle grips are better than my old originals. I highly recommend Retro City Cycles for their dedication to the customer and their quality work.

I saw that this shop was a Dealer for Velotric so I called here to see about the bike. Julian answered the phone and was so kind, patient and helpful as well as everyone that I've encountered here. The owner told me that she did not have my bike in stock but she already had some on order, one of which was the small size that I needed and they would be in shortly. She honored the online price that I found the bike for, gave me a discounted price on shipping and included the assembly. I was thrilled that I had my bike in time for a trip that I was going on. When I picked up my bike, they made recommendations for the carrier and loaned me an apparatus to make it safer for me to transport the bike home. The customer service at this shop is wonderful. I recently had my bike in for a quick check and tune up which was a courtesy of the store, again with Julian offering his warm and knowledgable service. I would highly recommend this bike shop!

It's a large location with a nice selection of everything from clothing, recovery sandals, accessories, gear and socks. They have free shoe fittings and I've always been impressed by their options and fittings. And I've bought numerous shoes from them over the years. They have a wide variety of styles and sizes and are happy to order anything they don't have in store. It's worth the value to get fitted for good quality shoes. They also have a shoe recycling program for old shoes. Staff is friendly and welcoming and they are happy to answer any questions you may have about anything in the store. Quality is top notch and I will continue to use them for any of my running needs.
