A perfect scam. Kyle agreed to remove snow from a roof for 500$. Demanded partial payment and…read moreaccepted 250.$. 2 weeks later and several excuses later, the job was not done and Kyle stopped responding to texts. I asked for a refund via text 3 times and was ignored. To launch a small claims case for a small amount is not practical especially since he can just ignore it and the burden is on the plaintiff to find a way to enforce payment even if the court sides with the plaintiff. As I said, a perfect scam. And yes I should have checked in advance for reviews. Lesson learned.
