So after multiple visits here with the G man it's finally my turn to start the rotation…read more After a run in with the ER it was mandatory to follow-up with a doctor, yes some of you are reading this and shaking your head saying yeah right...didn't do that..just went about my business and got better, but really you should follow-up. There are things they spot in the DR that doctors tell you to have your primary doctor look into for a reason which could potentially save your life. It's a mere follow up and yes during these times of lack of insurance that can be costly, so can a lengthy illness or a trip back to the ER. Anyway, as far as my review of this facility its 5 stars. The staff here is always kind and friendly. I witnessed a staff member be very understanding to someone that said they could not pay their co-pay which in most offices might be no pay no see the doctor. The doctors have always listened and spent a great deal of time during each appointment. Now do you wait sometimes in the waiting room...yes...It's a doctors office, break out the human babysitter and write a Yelp review, read CNN, peruse TMZ or be nosey on Facebook. If you need a doctor, this place is the place to get good care.

They said everything was great and that I had lost weight. I was the heaviest I had ever been and they had recorded the weight during the previous visit as 241 instead of 214. Asked them to correct their error during the visit and they said they could not as it was a permanent record. After the visit got a bill for $186 after insurance for my visit. Called and asked why I got such a large bill for an annual physical which should have been covered 100%. After a few more phone calls found they billed as a follow up visit. They said they would correct. Got bill again and again and called multiple times with each time they stated they would resubmit. They did resubmit finally but as a follow up visit again so came back with the same amount due. The staff at this office are terrible. Do not follow up and do not correct their errors.

I was left w my walker in an exam room for over 1/2 an hour in a chair I could not get out of by myself. No one thought to check on me. I could overhear him thru the door discussing plans to attend a Rotary function that night. Doc Page had no clue what my condition was. I explained what it was and he said he never heard of it. Keep in mind he's 60. Another time I suffered a fall and he asked me & my wife what type of pain medication I'd like and how much? I was taken aback, especially in this age of problems w that type of thing. He's probably close to retirement and would be fine for a kid's school physical or flu shots or an older person regular visit...small town regular stuff. I ended up switching to UF North.

The appointments are never rushed and she takes the time to make sure all issues are addressed and that I'm clear on plan of action. I needed to switch primary doctors as mine moved to another facility further away and I had been…read morewanting to go to a center closer to home anyway. While I was never a patient there, St.Vincent's has been phenomenal in taking care of my boyfriend and my Mother when they had issues. It never dawned on me that behind the hospital in the Joe Adams building they were seeing people for everyday care. I went in and the staff were so friendly, seeing that I was a new patient. I had requested they send me all the new patient paperwork in the mail so that I could fill it out ahead of time, especially the medical records transfer and they did this in a matter of days. I waited maybe 10 minutes before I was called back. My new doctor, Dr. Katie Longo, might be slightly younger than me but she was so helpful an courteous. We reviewed all my old records and anything that may have come up since my last doctor's visit and she put everything in the system. She also informed me that I don't need certain exams as often as I had been going prior. I wish my old doctor had told me that. I could have saved myself unnecessary trips. I really like her and I love how it's so close to me now. I would definitely recommend this doctor's office to anyone.

My doctor no longer works here (Dr.Yoder) was my physician The doctor (PA) Sonila Musta Kina that I saw today is the absolute WORST doctor I've ever encountered! She was very dismissive, she took me off of medications that I've been on for years (I have Lupus and fighting to not get stomach cancer) but because she doesn't like them she removed them and said that I need a specialist to get those medications.. this is the same office that have refilled my medications plenty of times before. Fast forward I then heard her kindly speak to other patients (ones that skin isn't like mine) and it was a completely different tone. I don't know if she ended up given them just as bad service and care as she did me but I will NEVER see her again (I rather die). Then I requested to speak to the office manager and she wasn't no help.. the PA really got nasty after I wanted to speak to the office manager. This was the MOST disrespectful and disgusting appt I've ever had! I will be lookin for a new MD today! Save yourself and don't come here!!

I visited in November 2024, and the poor communication and abject bedside manner by the doctor is irrelevant compared to the ensuing billing process. I received no bill in the mail, no phone call, email, or update on the MyChart app. After 13 months I received an email from a debt collector, including daily phone calls even on Christmas Eve. I had spoken to 4 people in the office multiple times, all of whom said I had a 0 balance. Despite this, repeated calls from the debt collector ensued. I have no late payments to any institution in almost 5 decades of life. But despite my best efforts to uncover a possible bill, only NMET had any record. All this for $99. The few workers that attempted to help me explained THEY were responsible for a poor and inefficient billing system. Sadly, UF's inability to manage their own system may become your problem. Beware and avoid patient care as they have demonstrated a lack of trust.
