(They have different names for the poutine sizes, but I forget them). We were greeted right away. The staff were super friendly, especially when we asked about what oil they used (peanut allergy in the fam). There were cases of canola oil sitting in the store as you walk in but I didn't notice them, and the staff could have pointed out the many cases just sitting there infront of my eyes but they were friendly and explained how they were allergy friendly and there were no peanuts allowed on site. They have a chicken/beef gravy (which we got) and a vegetarian gravy. The poutine was excellent, and my daughter raved that it was one of the best poutines she ever had. I am actually kicking myself for not trying this franchise before because the poutine was amazing. Tons of curds and the gravy was outstanding. Don't sleep on this place!

We were seated right away, but seated at the other end of the restaurant by the kitchen, while other guests were sat in the bar/dinning room area. The vibe was SO much better in the bar/dinning area, there with tons of TV's playing sports (which the hubs wanted to watch). We felt like we were not apart of the restaurant.
