The pain au chocolat impressed all the more, as any time you put something inside a croissant, it can affect how the pastry cooks, but the bakers at Rise know what's up, and this was no limp, soggy pastry. If you're at this end of PEC, you've gotta be starting your days here, refueling here, or whatever reason you need - Rise is *the* cafe you want to be at.
