Got the Chicken and mushroom wontons as appetizers , felt homemade and were delicious. Entrees were the mixed vegetable stir fry and the wok fried udon with chicken. What a hidden gem! I wasn't aware of this place before, but from the moment we walked in, the owner was very attentive and explained everything clearly. The food was absolutely amazing -- the spring rolls and dumplings were some of the best I've ever had! My daughters ordered fried noodles and chilled noodles, while I had the kimchi ramen. Every dish was delicious . The restaurant itself is very clean and pleasant, and the chilled music really adds to the atmosphere. Highly recommended! read more

Heard about this place from an Orlando coworker who raved about the food when on a work trip to Laredo. Best Udon and dumplings I've ever had--the ingredients were so fresh and too quality. Norwegian salmon and angus beef. Right amount of heat and amazing flavor. Service was the talented and friendly owner so have patience as it's made to order but worth the wait. The food was absolute garbage, it was the WORST restaurant I have ever had. I am honestly appalled at the lack of care that went into this establishment. Ambiance was TERRIBLE it was just so gross, the plate I got had a hair on it and a roach fell from the roof, my wife was absolutely disgusted. My first time at the restaurant, came in for Kate lunch and place was not busy. Ordered the special of the Day consisting of baby back ribs in kimchi ramen noodle soup. Fresh ingredients and nice presentation, although the flavor was bland so I requested spices to make it more flavorful but was only offered different degrees of hot paste to mix in the soup. Also got the mixed seafood wok fried noodles, those were delicious! Host seemed to be the one taking orders and also cooking, always attentive and cordial. Excellent Asian fusion menu selections very well executed. Nice selection of refreshing beverages not normally encountered outside of oriental markets. As much as I love the Mexican food on offer in the majority of Laredo's restaurants, good oriental food is a special treat. I wish we were around long enough to try more than 1 meal. Brand new place that opened up by United Day and Doctors Hospital but closest by Taco Palenque. There is a temporary menu and prices are fair and chef and staff are refreshingly nice and amazing. The spicy chicken and rice dish was amazing. The Schzewan Noodles that are cold we're okay and fresh. I wish this place had more drink options like Boba tea or hot noodles on a wok. I get it's Laredo and hot but tacos and bbq is so popular here and they are hot--think chef should consider flat noodles or something wok based that's unique and his own. read more

The food was great. Joe goes out of his way to personalize your meal and make it just like you like it. He uses only organic veggies and everything is non-GMO. And the he loves what he does and is passionate about it. I'm vegetarian and although he doesn't have any vegetarian dishes on the menu, he created something just for me. And it was delicious. He cares about his food and doesn't cut corners. He would rather make less profit in order to make superior food. He also cares about his customers I don't live in Laredo, but will come here whenever I come thru. read more

Do not get the ramen from there, it's literally just maruchan with grilled chicken, canned American mushrooms and broccoli. Broth has no flavor at all and comes with no egg :/ I have never been this disappointed in an Asian place with ramen. read more
