We were pleasantly surprised to find the BEST Sipping Chocolate in France. Owner, Dany Gaussier, and I debated how to make the best sipping chocolate and then she challenged me to try her chocolate recipe. Her husband, Eric, made THE BEST SIPPING CHOCOLATE IN FRANCE and won the Tomlin International Competition which had previously been won by a restaurant in Rouen! The baked goods at their restaurant were superb as well as the desserts. read more
