I can't remember the other staff members name's, but they are all incredible!!! They gave both me and my doll little birthday stickers (they have tiny ones just for the dolls!) My daughter's doll had seen better days, so I booked a salon appointment so her doll could be cleaned up and have its hair done. This doll had been through it and was looking pretty ROUGH, but the lovely woman at the doll salon really cleaned her up beautifully! She even changed the doll into the new outfit my daughter bought. My daughter was so happy! The afternoon tea time at the Bistro was just the PERFECT birthday celebration! The tea was really good, the champagne (adults only obviously) was GLITTERY (there was edible glitter in it!), and the little snacks were delicious! The dolls have their own seats at the table with you and also get tiny tea cups and saucers that you can take home. They also gave out puzzles you can color with crayons, the bow around the napkins at your place setting is a hair tie you can take home, and our favorite part was the little box full of "would you rather" questions, jokes, and American Girl trivia. My friend's son was also with us, and he had a great time too! They even gifted him a pack of hot wheels cars! My other friend's daughter also wanted an extra puzzle for her doll, and the staff said of course! And brought her one. This was an unforgettable experience and I truly want to thank everyone that helped make my birthday so amazing!!!!

The store was neatly organized and offered a great selection of gently used clothing for men, women, and children, along with shoes, books, and household items. Prices were very budget friendly, and they had a number of additional sales, including a $1 clothing rack, 50% off items on the Father's Day gift table, and half-price single glasses and cups. If you're looking to declutter rather than shop, donation days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. He knew that our son would just LOVE it and he was right about that. He was squealing & grinning from ear to ear the whole time. My son was so captivated by the little heart ceremony and watching as they stuffed his dragon. I loved Build-A-Bear as a kid, and it's just so sweet watching him love it, too. It's definitely pricey for a stuffed animal (around $40), but the memories we made and the joy we all experienced felt very worth it. We decided not to purchase any outfits this time, but they did have the special saddle accessory for Toothless.
