There are so many elegant, exquisite furniture pieces as well as fine lamps, rugs and one of a kind pieces of art. After a month of visiting stores I must say this one is my best-liked because I found all the associates been polite, friendly and respectful and also because there are so many lovely elegant decor and pieces of furniture.. My experience was very pleasant, I was assisted by Murian she was so kind. She offered her help and assisted me by looking for availability and details of my purchase. ZGallerie has beautiful items. Truly. Sadly many of their stores are closing, but online shopping is still an option. Even sadder, I will never shop their on line store again. Unlike so many on-line merchants who ship for free, ZGallerie charges a fortune for shipping. I loved the look of the vase I purchased so much, I ate the cost. When it arrived, I was disappointed at its finish and style, which appeared differently to me on line. It didn't occur to me that I'd have to pay again to ship it back and it is heavier than it looks. I'm ending up keeping an item that I don't like, because it will cost more to ship back that it's worth. They have lost a good customer, who shopped their store frequently. read more

If I could give it 0 stars i would, I brought a sofa for $4500 what a mistake that was. I have only had it 6 months and it's worn so much, it's just used by my husband and myself we are in shape and not over weight. when you sit on it, it squeaks. it's cheaply made and I took out there insurance and they said that they will not replace, even though when they sold me it they said it was valued coverage for 3 years!! this was a total lie. Iv tried calling and emailing and even been back to the store to try and get this matter resolved and nothing. Over priced and cheaply made and I had to wait 5 months to get the sofa. I went into the store to purchase some items one of the cell associate by the name of Carlos was in there, helping another couple, which was Caucasian, and I was looking at a sample book. A different color not to mention it was hideous and of such poor quality yet it was $1200. I wanted to return it. Ordered a sectional from them on Sept 2015, the first time it was delivered there were damages and were told they would exchange the entire sectional in 4 weeks, then 5 weeks later they show up with a new sectional but they sent two right facing corners instead of a left and right. Send it back again and wait another 4 weeks for another new one. 5 weeks later the exchange arrives with the problem 2 right facing corners no left . It's been exchanged 3x , they just can't get it right. Spoke to there customer service dept in California left messages and emails and no one has responded. Really frustrated never again. read more

I LOVE this store. It is my kind of place, so much bling and sparkle, I just don't know where to look first. Having said, it is a bit pricey so I can look all I want, but not buy much ;) there are great deals here and there, but for the most part if you were to decorate you whole house, it'd run you a pretty penny, considering that this store it's very trendy, rather that traditional pieces you can keep for years to come. Terrible service in this place. We waited till they opened, then walked around for a good 25 mins. The manager was on the phone when we got there and was on the phone when we left. To the point that I wanted to buy something and he made no effort to help me. I stood out the counter for a good 3 mins before i was even greeted, by someone else, and she didn't know her ass from her elbow ! Such a complete and total disappointment. My friend referred me here because their designs are my style. I purchased a bedding set and waited a month, no exaggeration, for it to arrive. When I went on-line to track my order, it indicated that my order had been cancelled. Interesting that they had over $400 of my money for a month yet no one contacted me about the order being cancelled. Have been to the Z Galerie at pembroke commons and always had good service. Decorated a lot of our house from there, love their art work too. We went to this one and found a $500 dollar piece of art that we wanted to pair with a white porcelain deer head that was on the wall. The manager said that it wouldn't be possible. We asked again to just take the head from the wall because they had none in the back. The manager huffed and puffed then went over to the porcelain item, barely touched it and said, "It won't come off." Even the other employees apologized to us about the managers behavior. They lost a 1K$ sale from us and we will never go back. I hope that corporate identifies this jerk and removes him, I noticed that I'm not the first to question the customer service on Yelp. I stumbled upon Z Gallerie for the first time yesterday. What a great store!! I looked and looked around at EVERYTHING for nearly an hour! So much to see!! Im decorating a condo and needed accessories - and I hit the jackpot here! Freddy, the sales associate, was awesome! He picked up the random things I wanted and held it for me at the counter. He didn't hover or bug me while I was looking, yet he checked up on me from time to time to answer my questions about colors and availability. Freddy was great considering it was kinda busy with holiday shoppers midafternoon. He was funny with a good sense of humor. Definitely had me smiling and laughing, while he made suggestions. The Hallandale store didn't have a throw pillow I wanted, but he checked and saw that the Pembroke Pines store stocked it, so I drove there afterward for the pillow. 5 Stars for Freddy!! read more

We recently moved to Miami, and Z Gallerie provided us with all of our new furniture. There was an issue with a few of the furniture pieces upon arrival, and Vanessa the Project Lead stepped up and assisted us with the whole process. We were issued credits and gift cards for the store, as well as a refund on our dining room table glass top due to the size. Overall, the furniture quality, and customer service were impeccable. I was in that store to return a gift that she got for her Bday the day before. The manager right away said that there was a restocking fees of 20% even if the package was not open. She asked for the written policy, he pretended looking and told her that he changed his mind and would not do the exchanged at all. He was aggressive unprofessional and disrespectful. Head office need to do something about him!!!! He turned out that the restocking fees is only 15% on open packages and he can make his own rule on non-open items. Very incompetent store and sales associates!! I have been standing in line with two customers ahead of me to pay for one item for the past TWENTY FIVE MINUTES because a cashier named Sharon is stuck dealing with a female customer who kept questioning her order. I walked up to the manager named John to express our frustration and his response was that they only have ONE cashier and that is Sharon. No offers to help or anything. I told him that's ridiculous and went back in line. After five minutes, another associate named Sheila starting to help customers in line. Now prior to this, Sheila had just finished ringing up a customer who had asked her a question about a product and apparently felt it's okay to ring up that customer and bypassed the rest of us customers standing in line. To add insult to injury, John called out for any customer paying with a credit card to register .... over thirty minutes later. No customer service skills whatsoever. Wow! The manager Joe at this store must be incredibly terrible for their bottom line. One would imagine that the store is losing customers due to his callous disregard. He was incredibly unprofessional (and bad for business) when I came in to do what should have been a simple exchange. I wanted to exchange something inexpensive for something more expensive. I had the receipt and the whole exchange process should have been treated completely different. Joe was Arrogant and could not have lacked more skills in customer service, let alone his management position. He was rude and upset me. I told him that I would write a bad review about him and his store, and he arrogantly told me to go right on and do it. Now, He may not have thought that I was a rocket scientist, but I do own a successful business in the area, and if someone threatened my business's reputation or my name, I would vehemently defend my business. This guy must be costing this store a lot of money! REALLY NO STARS! Ordered mirror-before it arrived saw in email ad z galleries sent that the same item was on sale for $50. 00 less. We called to have priced adjusted-they refused-said the item ( a leaner mirror) was already in shipment-therefore they would not change the price. I said I wanted a refund-they said that there would be 25% restocking charge-it hadn't yet been delivered. The manager of the the store then said-if we took delivery and then returned to the store with the mirror and the receipt he would adjust.-this is an item that a single person couldn't even lift. I called the national number, waited over a half hour to get a live voice on the line-they finally agreed to credit my account for the mirror-which I cancelled-but still had to pay the shipping charge of $95.00. I agree that this company and this Hallandale store deserve the prize of the year for the worst customer service; the people are incompetent and appear to go out of their way to be rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. They had filed for bankruptcy and it is no wonder why. They fail to deliver items in any real presentable condition, take months if not years to follow up and redeliver an intact item, and appear to not give a hoot.
