This is a very busy business, if they serve 100 customers per day and add on $2 each that's an extra $200 in clear profit per day, 5 days a week that's an extra $1000, per month $4000 and in a year $48 000. Most people won't notice a small extra charge or when walking off just let it go, but this business is ripping people off. Possibly a case for notifying Consumer Affairs. Treat your customers with respect or you will lose them.
