I first reached out on March 16 regarding important changes to my insurance policy and received no response. I followed up again on March 25--still no response. This complete lack of communication forced me to call the office myself just to get any kind of update. I was told that Sherry, the agent I normally work with, was out sick. While that is understandable, what is not acceptable is the absence of any backup support or follow-up system for clients. There was zero effort made to ensure continuity of service. When I spoke with the representative (whose name is on the office), he was unable to provide clear answers to basic questions about my policy. This is extremely concerning. I also requested to be reassigned to another agent and was told that I would have to find one myself--completely unacceptable for a professional office that is supposed to manage and service client accounts. He later said he would "try" to find one, which only reinforced the lack of organization and accountability. Even more frustrating, I have been following up for weeks regarding policy changes that require office approval, and nothing has been completed. It has been 3-4 weeks since the initial request, and my policy is still not updated. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially when it involves insurance coverage. At this point, this is no longer just poor customer service--it is negligence. I will be escalating this matter further and exploring filing a formal complaint if this is not resolved immediately.

They however failed to make me their customer, to try and make the story short I'll give highlights I don't escrow, I pay for my taxes and insurance, always have, always will. My mortgage servicer sold my loan. For some unexplained reason Rockland sent letters to the Rocket Mortgage instead of me. If they knew which side their toast was buttered on they would have gotten ahold of me, because Rocket mortgage has not once written a check on my behalf, and I'm certain they never will. I didn't even get an email from Rockland insurance asking for payment, not even a letter The new mortgage servicer Nation Star mortgage, made me pay almost 5 times the premium price for almost 2 months of coverage. All the money I seemed to save with Rockland was wasted by failure to interact with the customer. I still pay my bills.....and in this case I'm on the hook for a lot more than I hoped for. My new insurance broker, I have insisted they call me with the slightest issue and especially lack of payment.
