The agent assigned to my case never once initiated a call to me or even returned my calls until I complained that I had never heard from her then she only reprimanded me for calling and stated they "legally" have 30 days to make a decision about their liability. My reply was to ask how many people she knew or if she could reasonably do without their vehicle that long. Legal allowances and reasonable response time is very different. I looked them up because I had never heard of this company. They are not even listed in the top ten. Now I know why! It got dented in a Walmart parking lot. They immediately came out and fixed it. Then I backed into my neighbors Lexus, who always parkes his car directly across from my driveway. All I had to do was send them pictures of my truck and my neighbors car, and once again. They were on it. My truck went into the shop the next day. On the plus side, my neighbor now parks his car in his driveway. Which has been empty the whole time! 2018 the hubby got rear ended in his brand new BMW. That got settled right away. Then his new car got flooded in one of the storms that was not related to Harvey. They got on that immediately. Then we had a golf ball size hail storm in 2018. It destroyed the roof, the windows the house. They had an inspector come out the next day. They took care of everything. Obviously 2017 and 2018 were not good years for us. We are currently in the process of buying a new home. We've been offered numerous insurance companies, but we're only going with Amica. Love them! No, I do not work for them. I don't have a relationship with anyone who works for them. This is a legit review.

Working with Shannon Hartgrove was one of the worst insurance experiences I've ever had…read more She quoted and bound our home insurance using the WRONG ADDRESS, which we did not discover until after paperwork was signed. This mistake cost us hundreds of dollars and created completely avoidable stress during an already high-stakes process. What made this situation even worse was her behavior before and after the error. She repeatedly talked over me, dismissed my concerns, and failed to listen when I tried to clarify details--details that would have prevented this mistake in the first place. When I finally called her out on the error, she took zero responsibility. Instead of owning the mistake or offering a solution, she became defensive and unprofessional, telling me "this is my agency, I own this, and you can't escalate to management." That response alone speaks volumes about her accountability and customer service standards. If you value: * Accuracy * Professionalism * Being listened to * An agent who takes responsibility for their mistakes Do not use this broker. A basic error like an incorrect address should never happen, and the refusal to own it afterward is unacceptable

They are without a doubt the worst dental insurance company I've ever dealt with. My Dentist said they have clients on FCL who had procedures performed in January 2025, and FCL has yet to pay. I think that a massive class action case against these crooks is very justified.
