I drove to the office to talk to someone and not only would they not talk to me (they have in-house billing) but the front desk woman was exceptionally rude. I called the # on the bill where a lovely woman looked at my account and after some digging realized that it was their fault - she told me they had billed my insurance incorrectly and that she would fix it. She also told me just to ignore any others bills. It's now been another 5 months and I have now gotten a bill from a collection agency. It's not worth the hassle - Go Somewhere Else if you can.

I have had the privilege of seeing Heidi Peters, FNP at this location. She has literally turned my life around when it comes to my Asthma and Allergies. I showed up with an igE of almost 700, chronic hives, uncontrolled Asthma, uncontrolled food allergies (I didn't know about some of them), and Environmental allergies. My former docs had me on meds that were causing my migraines to be awful! She changed it all! She switched up my meds recognizing that several meds would actually trigger migraines, and put me on Xolair injections. She is kind and funny! For health Care that is a rarity. And she listens to the full body, not just one or two symptoms! I can't believe the way my life has changed over the last year since I began seeing her! Definitely recommend for people with severe allergies!

I got all of my records together and brought them to my appointment so he knew my health history. He basically told me to my face he is overwhelmed with my situation and there is nothing he can do to help me and I walked out of there in tears and felt like giving up trying to help myself because the way this doctor made me feel and on top of that he left me in the room for a little bit to go see another patient in the middle of seeing me. I couldn't believe he did that, which was so unprofessional. I felt like my health didn't matter to this doctor. I get to the front desk and they tell me I need to pay my copay, which I don't have co-pays with my insurance and asked how much was the copay and visit. They said the visit was over $400 and my copay was over $60. I was so angry that they still billed my Ins over $400 for him to do absolutely nothing and tell me he can't help me. I refused to pay my copay and they waived it. I will never go to this office again.
