I knew it was time to put her in daycare and we were so blessed to find Miss Gina and it just so happened to be with in walking distance to our home which was great for this transition. I appreciate her open communication with any concerns or insights she had on helping with our daughter. All the kids get along really well and have a sense of community. My daughter really learned a lot through the weekly themed lessons Miss Gina plans for them, which are very interactive. She makes sure to include sensory, imaginative and creative play and lessons for the kids. My only regret is not finding Miss Gina sooner! They have an app called Tadpole, but yet the information entered is never correct. They are short-staffed every day and yet most teachers still leave at 4, so unless you can get out of work early to connect and discuss... you simply have no idea what is going on. Kids are constantly placed in rockers and chairs and are left there most of the day. The legal ratio of 3 kids to 1 teacher is rarely followed, in fact, I have seen as many as 10 kids to 2 teachers more times than I can count... We gave them sleep sacks for him to nap in each day, yet they just sat in his cubby. On more than one occasion he was left to sleep in a rocker as he was placed in a room that had no open cribs due to staff shortages... it's just not a good place to leave an infant. We started in January 2024 and there is not a single kid left in the class who was there when we started. To a child, they have all left and gone to other daycares... and now we are too. I wouldn't send my kid here if I were you. We are now 54 days past our last day and have still yet to receive our deposit back from the school. They claim its been mailed, but their by-laws state repayment will be made within 30-45 days and we are well past that... its a joke. Just find a different day care, this place is awful from the top to the bottom.

I asked her to save a spot for the baby while I was still pregnant. Both of my children have always been extremely well cared for, and there has never been a single day that I left them with worry- they get so excited that they ask to go to her daycare even on weekends. We have so much respect and appreciation for her. The focus she puts on the development of each and every child is amazing. She is very intentional about what and how she teaches the children, and I know they leave her daycare happy, loved, and learning every day. The only issue I've ever had is that my kids never want to go home at the end of the day (lol)! That alone is a testament to how much they love her, how much she cares for them, and how comfortable and happy they feel in her care. I also love how she communicates with tthe parents. Thanks to Ms. Chandra, our daughter adapted within 2 weeks of starting daycare. She also did not speak English before starting daycare but now she has no trouble communicating in English with Ms. Chandra and her friends. She has learned all the alphabets, can count in English and Spanish and knows so many rhymes. She can even spell her name, which is pretty amazing for her age. She brings artwork from the daycare almost every day and we have noticed her drawing and coloring skills have improved significantly. Now she is learning to write the alphabets and numbers. We are amazed by Ms. Chandra's passion, energy and ability to care for 8 kids all by herself. Ms. Chandra also provides 3 vegetarian meals each day, which our daughter likes to eat. We feel very lucky to have found Ms. Chandra and cannot thank her enough.
