He set up all of the inspections and was there for all of them, handling the ones that I didn't have to be present for. He also helped me to negotiate a price below ask on a great property in a great area. Flash forward three years - I'm currently in the complicated position of trying to buy a home but not wanting to sell my condo until I find a home. David is going the extra mile and marketing my property off market in the meantime, which means setting up several individual private showings rather than the much easier process of just listing it and having a couple of open houses. He had beautiful pictures taken and set up a gorgeous website to market my property. When I was getting tired of looking and thinking of putting an offer on a home that was not at all what I wanted, David sat me down and talked me out of it, knowing that it would not make me happy long term. I can't think of many agents who would do the same. We have bid on several properties, and David has on multiple occasions talked me out of bidding an amount way too much above the property's value. David is a home seller's dream come true.  He is truly a master at his trade, and it is clear that…read morehe puts careful thought into each maneuver with the goal of achieving the best for his clients.  As if with a magic wand, our condo that was lived in for 10 years, with two young kids, was turned into what looked like an HGTV makeover.  We were impressed with David and his team's speedy coordination of painting, repairs, deep cleaning, and staging, followed by professional photography, virtual tour, and state of the art videography using drone technology. Marketing and someone with deep knowledge about the DTLA condo market were key for us when choosing a realtor, and so we chose to go with the best.  In the first week of listing, we were ecstatic to have received an all cash offer even though it was below the list price, because cash is king and we were in the middle of the pandemic that depressed the DTLA condo market.  We were ready to accept the offer but David encouraged us to counter.  David had performed thorough market analysis and it was clear that he put strategic thought into the recommended list price, which was not only fair but priced to sell, and so it was reasonable to counter.   The counter paid off, returning an increased offer price. Without us asking, David continued to negotiate in the background and got the buyer to agree to an additional increase by a couple thousand! Clearly, David's passion in his work is not driven by commission.  He will go the extra mile all for the benefit of his client.  The happy ending doesn't end here. We were utterly shocked to learn three days before the scheduled close date that the buyer was not able to perform on the cash offer.  We were devastated thinking about all the costs incurred and the large interest amounts we were paying on our new home.  David swiftly jumped into action and reached out to his legal team and to all the buyer agents who had previously toured our condo.  David once again impressed us when he came back with news of multiple offers and again encouraged us to counter.  We ended up accepting and closing on a price above list; a price significantly above the initial cash offer that fell through.  I don't know how else to say it - David is simply amazing and executes at every turn.
