What a nice and pleasant staff. I got my order in directly, got me some biscuits and Bo rounds for our team at work and was out of there in less than three or four minutes!! Super good staff, the biscuits were out of this world at the bo rounds have been a favorite of the girls working with me for a long time so I had to try them. Addictive.!! Everything seemed expensive, but the whole world is expensive right now, but as for the quality of the food, the quality of the service, excellent.!! The AI is not related to the employees working there so the business owner may read up and say get somebody to take orders so you will see more traffic but for me, I highly recommend!!

She said the only thing she could do was make two more IF I brought them back so she could see and also said she made the sandwiches. I felt like she took offense to the mistake because she made it . I explained I could not come there because of sickness and she basically said that was on me not them. I asked could she not just give me a credit for next time I'm in and she said no. When I asked her name after telling her me driving there wasn't an option - she hung up on me . I am furious at the way I was treated and the whole secretive attitude about whom I was speaking with . She was completely unprofessional and very rude . I will not be patronizing this location again due to her actions . I always thought Subway was very customer friendly and my past experiences have been such but this is the kind of experience that loses customers. I owned a restaurant 25 years and would never dream of treating a customer this way . And to call yourself a manager and hang up because you don't want to admit your mistake is unacceptable. Some of the best chicken around I always pull in go inside and order over-the-counter rather than trying to use a stupid mobile app in depend on other networks to get my order into the team and out correctly. I am a sucker for Popeyes chicken I think it's some of the best so I came in here to get a chicken sandwich and a two piece with biscuit to go and met a very friendly staff, wasn't busy from the inside, although the drive-through was full I only waited less than five minutes for piping, hot chicken, fluffy biscuit, hot fries, happy camper. I can check the order before I leave the counter and if something is missing I simply tell them rather than writing a review that they're idiots, and before I leave the store I make sure I have every utensil or condiment I need.
