Stopped into this Zaxbys with my sister when we were on our way to a race nearby and I'm so glad that we did. There aren't any Zaxby's in South Florida where my sister lives so she always wants to visit one when there's a location nearby. Zaxbys is one of the top fast food spots that features chicken, hands down. Between the perfectly fried tenders, the zax sauce and seasoned fries, I'll always be up for it too if I see it nearby. We both got different boxes when we ordered. I usually get a cobb zalad (+ fries, smh) or a chicken finger plate tossed in wimpy sauce but figured I may eat at the track so I kept it light, getting a kids meal with wimpy sauce and zax sauce on the side. We ordered in the drive-thru and our food came out incredibly fresh, like they had just taken it out of fresh grease and tossed them in our laps. The food was good and the service was kinda fast i came by to try out the new Philly sandwich which was a good 6/10 i recommend more meat which i had the fried chicken Philly . I wish onions were on it but i don't recall it lots of bell peppers though. read more

The compliment is that your employee, Juwann handled the customer in front of me with ease. She had an issue with her order and he handled it beautifully. And, he also handled my issue as well with the same courtesy and professionalism. Complaint-- When I received my 2 taco order (finally)--people who came after me already was served already--when I received my order, the short, girl, Ms. Attitude (she also took my order) who was working with Juwann just handed me my order with attitude. I looked in my bag because last week my order was incorrect. Problem- The chicken finger was no bigger than my thumb and not even half the size of the taco. When I showed it to Ms. Attitude, she just stared at me. She said nothing. After our staring contest, she told Juwan to handle. When he looked at the taco, he automatically knew what was wrong. He made the order right. Ms. Attitude needs to be trained on customer service and greeting. I don't have any problems when I patron the other locations. It is always this location. Your tacos are good but they are not worth a staring contest or the risk of being on social media. Tables needed to be cleaned/wiped. Floors were sticky at counter. I would not recommend this location. It is just the most convenient. Customer services sucks with the order taker, Ms. Attitude. While Juwan was excellent. The tacos were decent. I put another restaurant sauce on the chicken tender tacos. But for $3 per taco, it's a deal. read more

This Zaxby's is always clean and efficient. I drive past another one to come to this location. The staff is phenomenal, the food is hot and quick, and they keep the store in excellent condition. The food at Zaxby's is good, with a variety of dipping sauce flavors to choose from for your poultry pieces. They range in spiciness from "Wimpy" to "Insane." The reason I never go to Zaxby's even though it's about a fifteen minute walk, is the prices. If you just want some chicken fingers--sorry, "Fingerz"--with no frills, the Zaxby's website says "5, 10, or 20 hand-breaded Chicken Fingerz™, served with Zax Sauce®.$7.59." Okay, but is that $7.59 for 5, 10, or 20 "Fingerz"? The site isn't clear on this point. Okay, how about just a simple beverage? The website quotes a price of $2.39, but again, is that for a small, medium or large? The beverage pictured looks like it's in a 22 oz cup. On the plus side, there's a wide variety of beverage options. Fifteen kinds of beverages in all. Three kinds of Coca Cola, including Diet Coke and Coke Zero. (Those in the know can tell the difference.) There's also Sprite, Fanta, and of course, sweet tea. To summarize, Zaxby's has decent food, but way overpriced. read more

they done away with a coleslaw on the zsensation salad went and got a salad today. All they had was vinaigrette dressing, and that was it.

Today I ordered $68.00 worth off food online arrived at the correct time 11:30 to pick up order parked in one of there two reserved spaces called there number and was told they would be right out with order 12 minutes later had to call again 4 minutes two people brought the order out to me. I leave and go home and find out they forgot to put a sandwich which I had paid for 18 minutes back to get sandwich Crazy. Where in the world is your quality control ? Disappointing. Poor customer service and hospitality...management and etiquette were below standard. Ordered from counter.. Male Register (Nick I think) worker rude and impatient. My order :(grilled Caesar salad , boneless wings (original/ buffalo sauce)). After waiting 10 min for my food , I walk up to counter and employee who took my order looks at me and says "what's up" as if he has no idea I just ordered food and have been waiting. Very rude and immediately made me want to talk to manager and ask for refund. I instead ask another employee behind counter what is going on and "chef" pokes his head out of hole and says they have to cook more grilled chicken. I ask is this normally how long it takes for drive through customers to wait for an item? They had no response except "a few more minutes". I begin to question this entire operation and management. That's not a good feeling when you're about to eat chicken that may be under cooked or not properly kept. Several more minutes pass and I realize that my boneless wings must be done and I can begin them. I had to go and ask again for them , and they seemed flustered and unable to provide me with them. No sign of customer / employee relationship training. I then say I want to cancel my order and get my money back. Female manager comes around corner convincing me to wait and they are preparing "base" (greens) for my salad. Asks me if I want another base and can be quicker. At this point I'm both irritated and loss of appetite. No sign of food being prepared for a "fast food" restaurant.. how does one stay in business!? I would have thought they would have offered me another item to have instead or comp my salad. A nice female register employee finally give me my bag and apologizes. Boneless wings were room temp and cafeteria grade. Salad ...I'm just done here. The male register guy should be fired. Poor Customer service . Period. Zaxbys Owner should Be ashamed. Will never see Zaxbys the same or have interest in returning, will never recommend to anyone. Food quality sucked too btw.. peace read more

This Zaxby's has earned my repeat business. I came in to buy food for our moving crew. I was stressed out and overheated, and the most amazing manager handled my 8 individual orders with a lot of heart and empathy. She made sure I had all of the utensils and condiments I needed and had a great can-do attitude. On return visits, the store is always clean and the service is friendly. I have never been to a Zaxby's that I would consider "fast", but service is pretty timely and the staff is polite. I would not hesitate to recommend. read more

Worst Zaxby's I've been to, fries were old an sandwich looked as if it had been sitting out for a while. Nothing was fresh at all.

The food was really mediocre. Table was dirty and sticky. The price was standard for a zaxbys. The only thing they had going for them was the service was quick. read more

Definitely one of the best Zaxby's I have ever been to!! It looks so clean and the people there are just a blessing. Welcome to Zaxby's can be heard as I walk into the location along with wonderful smiles! The management here is visible to the customer which is rare in fast food for sure!!!! I pretty much eat Zaxby's like 4 times a week and if I am in this area again I will be eating here for sure!!!! read more
