Sept 24 2025 7pm Dining room tables dirty Trash on floor Out of several soda flavors Putting dine in orders in bag, not tray Cashier laughed when I asked for the person in charge which caused obvious confusion, then informed them of the dining room situation. Waited 25 minutes for 2 salads which came with items asked be omitted. When I went to the window to inform of incorrect the cashier(only person present) let me know in an ugly tone that she did not cook the orders. Her name was Donisha or similar with multicolor hair and face painting. A teen age looking lady offered apologies for the service and the food. No employee seemed to care a bit about what they were doing or were supposed to be doing. Two of the employees seemed to be mad when I told them I was trying to help them improve. I love Zaxby's and have eaten there since the 70s after it began to expand in Georgia. I understand about the employee situation and no one interested in work. No job pride. Zaxby's must improve. read more

We love to stop in Brevard at this Zaxby's love the fried house salad. This is one of our go to restaurants while in the road. The quality of food is always the same and delicious regardless of the city you land in. read more

I came in one day and they didn't have fries. I figured, "no big deal I'll just come back next time." I come back an entire week later and STILL no fries. In fact, it turns out they didn't have ANY sides besides coleslaw and bread. I figure, okay, I'll just take the nibblers and bread and drink... until I found out that they were charging for a full price meal. Went to this Zaxbys tonight to pick up food because it is about 10 minutes closer than Hendersonville. I had an online order, the salad was bad, bad lettuce and a couple tablespoons of shredded chicken. The teenagers working here are awful. The one up front put a bowl of salt on a tray, and the kid in the back threw a plate of food on it and it all went everywhere. The older lady (team lead?) seemed unfazed. If was to happen at Chick-fil-A or any other location there would be consequences not laughter. Drive the extra time to the Hendersonville location. read more

We've been eating at this location for a long time, since we live about 15 minutes away. My kids love Zaxbys and up until recently we've only had positive experiences. Last week we decided to try the new Zaxbys sandwiches. I ordered at the drive thru and ended up waiting for at least 15 minutes at the window -- which, whatever -- sometimes you have to wait. As I waited there with a front row seat to the madness going on inside (the cashier had the window open, so I could hear everything) it became very apparent why nothing was being accomplished. Two teenage girls working there played on their phones, wrestled each other, screamed and engaged in general nonsense. When a slightly older woman (crew leader, maybe?) came in and asked them to stop, one girl replied, "Don't start with me today." I have genuine sympathy for business owners right now with the lack of workers. I'm sure these young ladies are all the owner can find. However, it will be a long time before I eat at this Zaxbys again. I'll drive a little further into Hendersonville and eat at Chick-Fil-A where the workers (mostly teenagers, I should add) actually work. read more

I'm glad I relied on my intuition and not these hatin ass yelp reviews. I never would have had the pleasure of demolishing a Southern fried TLC sandwich and onion rings topped off by an arny palmy from my new favorite chicken paradise. And all for under seven bucks. On vacation in the area and came here twice. The first time there was a terrible use of profanity by the cooks in the kitchen which could be overheard by the customers. We waited thirty minutes the first night for our order for four. The second time we came the next day, we waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru line before leaving. We went to McDonald's next door and had our order filled before the car that was ahead of us in the drive thru line at Zaxby's was serviced. Ridiculous!!! read more

This place feels like it's run by a bunch of irresponsible teenagers. Chicken strips seemed old and tough. Small portions of fries. I asked for two extra Zax sauce after confirming that I should receive 5 with my whole order. I only got the two extra. They forgot the other 5. The food is awesome but I don't know what has happened to this store! It is ALWAYS dirty, trash overflowing, and one time I asked for a wet cloth to wipe a table for us to be able to sit at. Food was good and tasty but there were a few things that were not up to par. For one my buffalo dip which I paid an extra 1.50 for was half full and not nearly enough. Second there was a 15 minute wait time between the completion of the order and receiving my food, doesn't sound like fast food to me. I think that the salads here are really good. I would recommend the Grilled Chicken Cobb. I have never had any luck with anything else here but the salads are really good. Just make sure you check your bag and make sure everything is in there. Allot of times they forget the sauces and the dressings. read more
