Mr.Lenox is outstanding he took care of me and his staff on the night shift was excellent. He took care of me when I had ay slight issue with my order and took care of it with the utmost respect. I shook his hand and thanked him and told him that I will always continue to come back with the service that I received tonight. The staff even gave me a free milkshake that they made an extra one of from a previous customer. I frequent Zaxbys 2/3 a week but they are not all created equally I wish I could give this place no stars the absolute worst location of this chain. They only have one concern it's not the customer. It's only their drive time. That's all they care about. I had over four different people come to me asking me to move in order to give them a better and faster drive time these videos are self-explanatory. I went threw the drive through at this location on Friday 4/21/25. The cashier took my card, closed the window while she ran it and only opened it again when she gave it back. On my way home, less than 10 minutes from leaving this store, I got a fraud notification on the same card that I used at the window for $98. Thankfully my bank declined the transaction because the next step would have been someone emptying my bank account. Can I be 100% sure that is was someone at this store? No but the timing is extremely suspicious. Other fast food places have taken to placing the card reader at the window so you can keep an eye on your card. Worst Zaxby's location ever! I came on a late night thinking that it would be quick and easy getting a simple meal but then I noticed that the line stretches around the restaurant and also like 20 people inside the restaurant that haven't ordered. The team was also making a big joke out of their jobs leaving us hanging with tons of orders and I like how everyone is getting irritated and knowing that I wasn't the only one. This location was absolutely horrible. Plus before this recent visit back in October I went to get a meal and they wrote extremely slow in the drive thru and gave me the wrong sauce. I have never received such terrible customer service ever in my life as I received yesterday at this poor excuse for a restaurant. I placed my order in the drive thru, 2 #3 meals (wings and things). The girl who took my order over the speaker was rude, and I had to repeat my order 3 times before she finally got it right, I was respectful and nice as she had difficulty comprehending my order. I finally pull to the window and was greeted with a $17 total, which didn't sound right because the #3 meals are $11. The order was taken down as 2 boneless wing meals, which was obviously incorrect. So I politely said, they were supposed to be wings and things, the #3 as I stated 3 times in the drive thru. The girl I was speaking to, turned to the girl who took my order and told her this, to which she replied "That bitch said 2 boneless wing meals" and repeated it over and over, very loudly. When I was given my food, I asked what her name was, she approached the window with her hand covering her name tag & asked why. I said "because I heard you calling me a bitch over chicken fingers..." She then proceeded to tell me it was "none of my business & she wasn't talking to me" and slammed the window in my face. As I drove away, I checked my food & didn't receive any of the sauce I paid for. So I went inside, and was greeted by her & the manager. I asked for my sauce and the manager gave it to me, I explained what happened in the drive thru. The girl who wouldn't give me her name then starts to approach me with her fists balled up and asked "do I got a problem". The manager is now holding her back from coming across the counter saying "it ain't worth it". The entire restaurant heard her screaming and acting a fool while they're waiting on their food and trying to eat. Never in my life have I experienced such disgusting and rude people, I am always respectful and understanding of food workers, as it can be a stressful job, and I too have worked in a fast food establishment. I notice the guy has a salad in his order but I brush it off and think "I'm probably next" Nah they went in to orders 1....3....4...2. I glance at my watch and it's 8:20 at this point I'm irritated so I walk to the counter and ask if they called 90 and the cashier said "uhh what did you have?" I told her my order and the manager got involved and expedited a salad for me. I got my salad 4 minutes later with no apology and left. I arrive home to find my salad has been thrown into the container and I don't even have a full salad. I missing the fried onion crisp on the top, there's barely any tomato and the chicken isn't sliced it's literally thrown in there as cubes! When my order was finally taken I was told their Coke machine was releasing Co2 and the Coca Cola repair guy would be there shortly so the only drink they had available was Sweet Tea, not even water. Every single employee in there was sweating and looking completely dirty while still playing around while dealing with food. I haven't visited this location in a long time. Decided to order a salad my husband and ordered to Cobb salads. We got to house salads. I went back up to let them know they made a mistake. They offered to remake them or just give me the toppings that were missing. I asked if they knew how to make up salads. I got no response. Are used to frequent this location quite a bit. It appears to have gone down hill possibly new management. It's not as clean as it used to be. The owners need to come in and fix it. It's been a couple of weeks since I have been to this Zaxby's but the last time I was there the inside of the restaurant was really clean and so was the restroom area. I ordered a 6 piece chicken finger platter with no cold slaw, extra toast. When I received the food the chicken fingers felt like they had been sitting under a heat lamp so after letting the cashier know, she told the kitchen staff to make me some fresh tenders and let me keep the box I already had, which to me is excellent customer service. I'm not sure if she was a manager or not but I think all staff should have the authority to make a order right if it's not which shows good leadership and great business sense... which keeps a business from closing. read more

Only complaint is that the drive thru can get to be ridiculous at times. The place is usually clean or someone is always cleaning. The new drink machine is awesome just wish they has at least two.
