The place was lively even at 9:00 PM. The ambiance is fun and the place seemed well maintained and clean. It was my first time at a Zaxby's and I thought that the limited choice of sides was disappointing. When I got my to-go order, I was disappointed to find that the woman helping me didn't give me any utensils or napkins. The chicken was tasty, I just didn't have a way of eating my cole slaw. Ordered 2 Zalads right as an out- of- town baseball team got there. After 25 minutes of waiting for my food, I went to the counter and asked why nearly the entire bus load of ball players had gotten their food, but I hadn't. All I got was excuses about long lines and busy drive-thru. I ordered before they even got in the building good. Turned out that my order hadn't even been started. We visited here the other night after a ballgame in Ocilla. We came in late and the staff was so polite and seemed eager to help. The assistant manager Ben made a point to welcome us. Stopped in for late lunch after a funeral and was appalled by the condition of the restaurant and dining area. Place was filthy and not a single table or surface was clean. Floors didn't look like they had been swept since lunch rush. We were literally the only customers in the restaurant at 2:45 pm on a Saturday. An employee was loudly griping from the drive-through window. Food was okay, but would recommend if you are craving Zaxby's, head on down the road. I enjoy their food every time I go. "Tongue Torch" is my favorite flavoring, it's another word for hot sauce like "Wimpy" is for mild sauce.
