Good chicken but not the best. Price is right. It's my personal opinion since I actually ate here.

First time trying Zaxbys and I must say that nibblers meal and fries with sweet and spicy sauce were absolutely to DIE FOR!! I loved that my food was fresh and hot upon ordering I will be sure to return the next time I'm in town! We definitely need one in south Florida!! read more

My kids and I decided to treat ourselves for lunch yesterday and chose Zaxby's. Instead of going through the drive-thru, as we normally do, we ate in. Service was extremely fast and friendly(better than the drive-thru, that's for sure), and the food was HOT and yummy. I think that we'll start going inside from now on. read more

This location has drastically changed. The inside of the building is consistently dirty. The staff.. smh.. the staff makes you not want to order. They're poorly managed and most of them are young which means they need guidance. After waiting five minutes in line with no other customer in sight and looking around I decided to walk out and skip dinner. That's how disgusted I was. If you are not pushed for time the food is good. It took 25 minutes to get 2 TLC sandwiches on Sunday and the restaurant was not that busy. There appears to be some service issues at this restaurant. read more

Have had a few bad experiences there. There have been times on occasion the service and food is great. But more times than not I am not pleased. One time particular I went an hour before the closed and they refused to serve me wings because they didn't want to cook them this close to closing. Other times food has just been very cold and preheated. read more

Attitude talks.. unlike the employees. Wasn't greeted. Got sounds as a response to my questions and just didn't seem welcomed. No wonder it wasn't busy. This is one of the worse Zaxbys I have ever visited. I visited this location on Sunday evening around 5:40. I was with my three adult daughters. Our order numbers were 23, 24, 25, and,26. It was obvious after we h ad placed our orders that something was wrong. I could hear customers complaining to each other about the service. It was truly awful. About 6 o'clock, number 26 was called. My order, since I'd only ordered a salad. When I received my salad, a lady with the number 19 grumbled that she had not received her order. Five minutes after 6, number 25 was called. That was one of my daughters order. Then number 19 was called. Two ladies were at the counter before we arrived still waiting on their order. They talked to the manager and he seemed aloof. He did not seem to really engage with the customers. Finally they started calling numbers in the 30's all while two of my daughters waited for their orders. One order they filled was for 25 pieces. My daughters were only waiting for a single meal. Now, it is about 6:15, and they are still waiting. I convinced my daughters to go up and speak with a manager. They talked to him about his awful service. Not once did he even offer an apology. He acted as if he was afraid of his workers. He took her receipt and wrote 10% off. I assumed it was to be off her next meal. He did not bother to put his name on it. How dumb could that be! Who would accept such piece of paper? She told him that she was not satisfied and demanded a refund. Both of my daughters received a refund after talking with this non engaging manager. He never said anything. I am wondering now if he could talk. We walked out of the restaurant at 6:30. By that time my other daughter's fries were extra cold. We weren't about to mention it to the incompetent people in the restaurant. Evidently, they are hiring people and are not training them properly on how to fill orders in an orderly fashion. This was the first time I have ever had such an awful experience with a Zaxby. The corporate office need to pay this location a visit asap. read more

I love this particular Zaxbys. I am a big fan of their kiddie cheese meal. Which is cheaper then their adult meal. I just can't stand it when the grilled cheese sandwiches are soggy. This particular restaurant always hosts "fresh crispy grilled cheese sandwiches" and their french fries are always hot. They are also fast. read more

I've heard great things about Zaxby's and let me say they were all right. The chicken strips have a fantastic flavor and the breeding is not to thick or heavy. I recommend for everyone to go at least once. Would go back again. read more

What can I say but yummy? It's a great choice for an impromptu take-out dinner for the whole family.

My son and I order online from here regularly for pick-up. I would usually rather do this than going inside because, while the food is usually always good, it always looks nasty inside. Yesterday was no exception, other than it was even nastier than usual. We had decided to eat in since we were having a "day out". We walked in and there was a bucket on the floor catching water that was practically pouring out of the ceiling right in front of the pick-up counter. I could overlook that, because it was a holiday and they probably could not get someone out. However, there was water puddled all over the floor around the bucket that could have been mopped up, and it was dripping on one of the blades of the ceiling fan and splattering everywhere. My son, who is 6'1", reached up and moved the blades so it wasn't doing that anymore. Not sure why anyone who worked there had not bothered to do it. The cashier that took our order couldn't seem to comprehend what we were ordering even thought it was a simple order, and never asked if we were dining in or carrying out, so she put our order in as carry out. We got this changed, and went to fix our drinks and get our napkins and ketchup. There was only one of the cups to dispense the ketchup into, and it was dirty. My son went up to the counter and asked for some more to put out, but the girl acted like she had no clue what he was talking about. He could actually see them from where he was standing, but she acted like he was asking for something alien, and told him they would give us packets. While we were waiting for our food, I noticed that under my feet there was ketchup all over the floor, and the rest of the floor around us and the other tables looked like it had not been mopped in months. When our food finally came, the chicken in my sandwich and his nibbler looked like it had been overcooked and left under the heat lamp for hours. The ketchup packets were all sticky and nasty like one had exploded in the box and no one had bothered to clean the rest of them off. After a few minutes, I looked at his salad and noticed that it was the wrong one. He ordered a house zalad, and they had given him a Caesar salad. He took it back to the counter, and got another round of "duh, I don't understand". At this point, I started wondering if she was high. Finally, someone that I assume was the manager came up and took the salad. After what seemed like forever (and we were the only ones in the store), the girl with the fog in her head brought the salad out on a tray with the wrong dressing (which he actually didn't need), along with an attitude. He tried to give her the dressing and fork back because he didn't need them, and she acted like she was pissed because he just took the salad and didn't take the tray with everything on it so she could just dump it off and go back to her nap (or joint). The only consolation was that I was using coupons for my meal and the Nibbler my son got, so we only paid for the salad, which was the only good thing we got. After observing things from the inside, I now understand why, no matter how far in advance I order online, we still have to wait forever to get our order when we get there, like they didn't even start making it until we showed up. After all of this, I am not so sure I will continue to order online, because I have to wonder what has been going on around the food I am eating. read more

This Zaxbys is the best Zaxbys in the Henry/Clayton area. It is clean, well run and the staff are always friendly. The food is great and they get it out to you in a hurry. I eat here at least 4 times a week. I highly recommend it for lunch and dinner. My only complaint is that they don't serve breakfast. read more

In addition Zaxby's is the most popular fast food restaurants with over 600 locations. Zaxby's is a billion-dollar chicken chain taking over America.
