I found Superb towing on yelp, gave them a call and Sam came out to help me He tried to jump it to no avail. Unperturbed, he readied the flatbed and hooked up my car. The car was stuck in first gear, so could not roll freely onto the flatbed. After realizing this, Sam said "no problem" He positioned the rear tires in a sort of cradle and off he went to drop it off at Mgerian's MGM car repair Sam was very cool and calm, working methodically and solved my problem. I called several times with promised contact back and received none. Finally they tell me on the 6th call I made that their original tow driver declined the tow and they did not reschedule a new driver or even inform me of this on any of the previous calls. I called MBC Towing and had a driver out to to me within 15 minutes. He was very nice, professional, prompt, and the tow price was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend this tow company. Side note: screw AAA.

If you can't to the job, just say so and stop with the delays. 5 hours and counting and no communication from Chacon to me or AAA dispatch. They are only about 10 minutes from where the car is! I guess good customer service is lost on this company. If I could give no stars that would be the rating they get for the way they have handled this. Received a call from the driver at 5:14 am (4 hours later) and the excuse was someone dropped the ball. You think? How do you not handle all calls to your business for service. Not a good excuse.
