I was not here at the time, or I would have refused to pay the entire fee. I contacted the office with my complaint, and was assured that they would make it right. We called and within just a couple of weeks they came and removed the old cement edge and replaced it with a much deeper cement edge. They replaced the soil and mulch perfectly.
