I'm a visual artist and needed an online portfolio and ecommerce site. They provide two levels of web building service-one using Wordpress, the more expensive option, and the second option which is less expensive, using the web builder platform Shopify. I loved their Wordpress design for the business I deal with, but I could not afford that option, so I chose the Shopify option. I have no training in graphic design and wasn't confident building my own website. The final outcome was that I did not use the site that was designed for me, and tried to get my money back. My advice to anyone seeking to use this company is that if you are a busy, successful business and your time is better spent running a company, D3 does a beautiful job with a Wordpress site. If you are a small business owner with little extra cash, do not use them. Every option is extra and the initial outlay of cash I felt was way too much for the product and service received. I decided to try to build my own site using Square, and was extremely happy with the outcome. It gave me total control over my own site, and cost a fraction of what the D3 site cost. Any web builder program also has experts that will build a site for you for just a few hundred dollars, not thousands, which is what I paid D3 to build a site for me.
