They purchase products from the Dollar Tree for…read more$1.25 and take advantage of the fact that people in this area lack their own transportation means to shop at other stores, so they rack up the $1.25 items and sell them for 3 times to 7 times the original price. Even I'm seeing shampoo that is $1.25 priced at $6.99, a tiny. $1.25 travel size 6 load Tide bottle for $4.59! Taking advantage of customers this way isn't exactly "convenient" for anyone but for the owners who are making money off the unfortunate customers.
