During my time there, I saw a constant turnover of employees and staff coming and going. I left due to ongoing issues with not being paid, and I'm not the only one--others are still owed money. After I left, my name and phone number were still being used with customers without my knowledge, which led to confused and upset homeowners contacting me directly. To my knowledge, the company is also currently facing legal action from the city. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend homeowners and potential employees proceed with caution.

During the respective inspections for our homes, Zachary, Alex and Lee were absolutely phenomenal and stupendous, and really paid attention to the details that either needed to be fine-tuned, fixed or repaired :) ! Top tier roofing and construction. David Hoover oversees the roofing part of the company…read more About 7 years ago our Mexican clay tile roof was partially damaged by a hail storm. About half the roof, along with 7 skylights were damaged. The insurance adjuster just wanted to replace the damage sections but David argued that these tiles were no longer manufactured and any other tile would not match the dimensions or the color. Hence, all of the roof needed replacement. It was a 2100 sf house plus 600 sf garage that required 30 squares of concrete-based hail resistant tiles. They could not do the repair for about 4 months, so a crew was sent to tarp the roof. 4 months later they started, took about a week with an 8 man crew. Result was absolute perfection. Super teamwork and craftsmanship.

Unfortunately, I found out my SSI would not be available until the next month. We have called them and now they will not call us back. Unfortunately, this type of unprofessional behavior is throughout the construction industry in El Paso. Most companies only want large jobs and they could care less about smaller jobs. These companies should remember that, although they have plenty of jobs now, eventually it will dry up and they will be begging for business. All they had to was return a damn phone call and couldn't even do that. Personally, I will remember the person I dealt with individually. So far I been in El Paso close to 3 years and I have yet to find small or large handyman company that's worth a damn.

We have waited for several years after buying our home, until we were in a position to make the renovation to various areas of our home. We replaced all of our windows, tiled the bedrooms and stairs with wood-look porcelain tile, screened in the master bedroom porch, installed vessel sinks in all 4 sink areas, new large mirrors, new front door and garage backdoor security doors, finished garage...and and and... Getting ready to coat the roofs of both houses with silicone coating...of course Josh and crew will do the job.
